i have said this all along!!! if i could afford to buy a new car i would have and taking 2k off the price makes no difference to me as i still cant afford a new car!! and there is no point to the only cars that people are buying because its not that practical to get a family run about that only seats 2 adults and half a child!! just government guff to cover what they have wasted on wars and the wages that they pay those bloody traffic wombles i keep trying to run over on the motorway in my lorry!!!!

got in through the back seat!! had to get the crowbar in there then manage to pull release cable. but also i was helping uno to get tie bars off as well and made the coffee so not as bad as it sounds. although i have a sore head where the crowbar slipped and a squished finger as well!!

well they are not stock on a 1990 mate but not sure about on later. but dont look stock on yours either as they dont actually fit the holes. as for other bit im sure somebody can tell you

thanx people i have it sorted now. mangled the seat a bit but i got in there then got stuck in the boot.

mine has the button too but it doesn't do anything and it is a mkII R reg

does anybody know how i can get in to the boot om my mondeo??? i shut my keys in there and the little lever in the front wont open the boot!!! cant drop seats forward as ford in its wisdom put the release levers in the boot!! any help is good as car is unlocked cheers

yeah it spotless. had new m.o.t on it and all it had done was 2 drop links on the back and new rear box. could eat dinner out of the engine bay. but she'll do for now mate
