the fan housing is in 2 parts mate. 1 top 1 bottom and is held on by little cable ties around the edge of the radiator

no probs mate have it all sitting in my cupboard doing nothing.. may just be the gasket sealer on the pipes as it got so hot as they use liquid gasket on them. if so its an easy quick fix for pennies mate. good luck

if needed mate i have a pump and thermostat and the 2 metal pipes here
