  1. Many thanks for all the tips boyz, the router was easier to use than looked did a few passes at differant depths and all went well. won't will givng up the day job though .
  2. Thanks for all the tips , the worktop is solid wood, the sink sits under the cutout with a 15mm overhang, and the exposed edges will be treated with oil. Using a jigsaw is a no no I have been told. I will be doing a few practice runs on the old worktop to get a feel for the router which I picked up tonight, it looks a beast so will be keeping a firm grip. The £80 quote from a joiner will look cheap if I cock up a £300 worktop, but used to using tools just never used a router before. Wish me luck, cheers.
  3. Thanks for the help, Yes only cutting out for the belfast sink so 3 cuts, one each side and one across the back. Will it be O.K. to clamp a lenth of wood to the worktop as a guide ?
  4. I will be borrowing a router to cut my kitchen worktop for a belfast sink. Any tips would be a great help as never used one before. Is it true I will need to use a new blade for each cut?
  5. Renewed my subs using my wifes paypal account hope this is O.K. Not had any confirmation back through my hotmail account though.

  7. I have bought a second hand petrol lawn mower, it is a four stroke, didn't get a manual for it. can anyone tell me if i need to add oil to the fuel ? also got a 2 stroke petrol strimmer do I need to add oil to the fuel for this? I have always used electric before so all a bit new to me , if I need to add oil what do I need to buy and how much needs adding. Any help or advice would be most welcome, cheers.
  8. I almost wished I lived near Manchester LOL. those prices are fantastic, I'd be well please with anything near that.
  9. I have a rear wheel arch repair section to have fitted, blended in and really want a full side respray done. Any idea of what it should cost? not talking main dealer prices, just a run of the mill body repair garage. Cheers.
  10. Does it have the adjustable upper link arms and tension rods, I would be interested in those if so. thanks.
  11. I had the same fault, it did turn out to be the accessory relay behind the fuse board. It's one of the relays along the bottom, real pain to get at as the board has to be unbolted and turned to allow access to the relays. Just make a note of the part No and swap with another from engine bay to confirm, then get another from out of a breaker.
  12. Am about to replace them due to splitting, do I need to put any oil or grease in them after fitting?
  13. Spot on Robertz, it appears to be the relay on bottom right as you look at the fuse board, swapped with the other relay on back of fuse board and every thing worked O.K. Now need to get a relay from somewhere, went to scrappy but nothing matched the serial No on the side of the relay I have. Thanks for your help.
  14. Thanks for that, will try and check tomorrow and post up findings.
  15. Have done a search and it seems a few others have had this problem, but unable to find out what cured it. If anyone has any idea of what is wrong please help. Thanks.
