As there is no engine pic or spec people wouldnt even contemplate it. I have asked about the spec and got no straight answer for that money id want 500+ but it seems as if he doesnt want to sell it.

ive seen them for 2k and under so i will be hunting around that price range plus cash for my shorty :)

Had my slickie and black shorty in for MOT last weekend Slickie passed first time ( i changed a steering gaiter the day before as i saw it was split) Black shorty failed on steering gaiter split :lol: fitted the new one today and that now 2 MOT passes in one week :) Either i have a good garage or thats good preventative maint personally i think it is both :)

Got a reply engine was rebuilt by him but cosmetic gaskets were not used due to cost well is that's the case what other short cuts have been taken. When my shorty sells I may offer him 3k as I don't think it is worth anymore than that in the current condition.

He has the mileage down as 3k as well suggesting that it has only done 3k on a rebuilt engine.

seen this on ebay and just too many questions that need to be answered. Ive always liked the shape of the RX7 regardless of the poor maint records which alot is down to user error is you read the RX7 forums but it is all about what you need it for. Ive never been a fan of BMWs i dont think there is anything exclusive about them which when after a sports car that is what i would go for. I quite like driving around and not seeing another car like mine on the road it definately draws attention :)

RX7 all the way i have thought about swapping. If you do some research on the engine rebuilds you will find the truth rather than everyones knowledge that they hear people saying dont get a RX7 the engine needs rebuilding every 20k miles. Mostly down to people not knowing the engines and using the wrong oil.

Has anyone got a link to a clutch alignment tool that is good for our engines? Tried a universal one and it doesnt seem to have enough depth to work

I seem to remember i fitted a lightweight pulley to my UK spec TT and fitted the gates belts listed in my link and didnt have any problems

everyone seems fixated on boot space and such surely if you are looking for boot space you shouldnt be looking for a sports car maybe a family saloon would suit you better and if you need the rear seats same again. As for the rear end would anybody say that the zeds like Daffy`s, Bobgenie`s and mine dont look good? :)

its a Z31 though its the Z32 2+2 im not keen on and i dont think i need to explain why again :)
