Any of you mad horsepower freaks need big brakes?
500 brake down the strip there is no need for big brakes as you don't need to stop quickly like you do on the track therefore you only need big brakes for track and fast road car. Personally I just want the best I can get plus the huge look. Locking of the brakes is down to the driver.

May have to sell up :(
Bad time to sell and I doubt it would be a quick sell unless its a real bargain. Keep it and budget some other way.

Banned!!!!!
As has been said before I think this is all getting out of hand. I personally don't see anything to warrant a pernament ban to you yourself but I do see others that are making the link between the 2 sites difficult. There is also the fact that there is a lot that people don't get to see and a lot that when questions arise answers are not given on some sort of basis which can be annoying. I would like to see it all sorted but I think it is a long way off with personality clashes.

DW HICAS kit bushes, arse and *****cks they're doing my head in...help please
The only reason to grind the end off is you can't really get a hammer in from the other side to knock it out. Or get a hydraulic press as them things are damn tight in there

DW HICAS kit bushes, arse and *****cks they're doing my head in...help please
Its a case of grinder and cut the end off then hammer out. Some heat would help the job but they are a pain to get out.

One for the sporty/fitness types.
I use reflex brand at the moment I think it is really good but I have used PhD stuff before which is equally as good both found on eBay. Sounds like you have a good program going on though daffy just keep switching it about to keep the muscles surprised. If you need any energy stuff anytime eca is awesome ephedrine you can't beat it :)

To AC or Not to AC that is the Question ...
A lot of mine was in the drivetrain with an exedy twin plate TT clutch and flywheel, one piece prop, nismo gearbox mount all helped to get the power to the wheels. All the usual exhaust and filter has been done with remap and all the deletes to free weight and engine momentum. In the end my na is quite a torquey beast im sure there is a few more bits its all in my rides :)

Hi :)
Ah you after an auto as you should be able to pick up a manual for that money
-
the most BHP youve ever had on your drive
I've currently got 2 zeds on there, an Audi TT and Audi a4 so around 900-950 will be more when we get the Porsche boxster :) oh and I could bring the third zed up too. This is why the grass has gone and replaced with gravel.
-
Hi :)
Welcome mate hope you find a good zed there is still some bargains out there

To AC or Not to AC that is the Question ...
Even with air con I would rather open the window than use it lol just think of how much tidier the engine bay will be and the less weight plus sell all the bits to the ones above who keep it and it breaks down as they haven't used it for 11 months of the year :)

Part worn tyre advice
Omg again you don't normally buy cars that have been wrapped around a ***king lamp post that is the issue with part worns not a little running up the side of a kerb. As said before its what makes your contact with the tarmac if you wanna chance it go ahead but just don't ***king hit me when you have a blow out to all of you that use part worns. If you can't afford the upkeep of decent tyres on a zed if it is a zed then where else are you gonna start cutting corners. As stated recognised tyre fitters won't fit your part worns due to the fact of no knowledge of what car that tyre has come from and in what state.

Part worn tyre advice
If its for a road going vehicle get rid of them and buy new tyres as I don't fancy you being on the same road with me and having your insurance made invalid when you have a blow out and smash into my zed This was discussed the other week most tyre fitters won't even fit part worns anymore. There is no history or guarantee of why they are being sold as part worns. If they refuse to take them back you may learn from it.

Steam from rear of engine
+1 from the description I'd bet on this may just be a clip That is loose but its a pain to get to and change anyway. With it running you will see it leaking from underneath
-
Very very nice Zed
needs a spoiler being a lwb
-
Na steering pump and TT
Everyone knows you need a na pump mount to do the conversion :)

To AC or Not to AC that is the Question ...
My windows don't steam up on the slickie but I don't have leaky targas either. I've deleted mine and even with the na engine it is very torquey but I have done a lot more to improve engine response. Depends what you want to use the car for and how tidy you want the engine bay as it makes a nice area to put the fusebox. Cut the belt and go for a drive see if you see a difference.
