1st class article mate. 1st class car as well. Lot of work and pennies wrapped up in that !! ;) Stuck the magazine between the pages of Rustler, so wasnt too embarrassed asking for it !! :D Cheers, Alan.....
  7. Wait until you have a problem and get a price from Nissan to fix it ?? The benefits of this club will then be all too obvious ! :nana2: Do it, join now !! Alan...........

  9. Never a truer word !!! Even if you dont agree with somebodys opinion on a particular matter, you should offer your solution or answer, not lay it down your way as if its the gospel !! ;) Horses for courses, and all that !! Alan.
  10. What about a plain shirt with the site logo on it ?? Say a small one on the front, left side and a bigger one across the shoulders ?? Alan.......
  11. Remove the large middle plastic trim from the tailgate, held in place by three screws. The trim then slides back slightly towards the car and hey presto !! One heavy lump of steel, held in place by two 6mm bolts. Simply removeit, re-fit plastic trim and it makes a difference to the weight of the tailgate going up !! Alan..
  12. Hi Scott, Enough of the squabbling !! :slap: http://www.findit.co.uk A couple on there mate, Alan.......
  13. Attending some of the classic car shows that are held throughout the year, it always amazes me that people say; "Is there a club that caters only for the 300ZX, Riley, Capri, Kit car or whatever" I would think that most people who join our clubs are firstly interested in their particular choice of car, and then seek to find help and information about their choice. They dont think about joining a club until they can truly realise the benefits a club can bring, both financially, support and Information. As for the shy and timid section ?? A lot of people would appear to be too embarresed to ask, in case they are ridiculed, or dont understand a technical answer. Look at the amount of threads that start; "sorry to be a numpty, or excuse my ignorance, etc" Ask and you will be helped. This club has got to be one of the best I have come across ! If you need an example, try the Corvette club ??????? No more said !!! As for the Anti-social ?? Yup, you always get them !!!! Alan....
  14. Worked atTrent lane in Castle Donnington for Fields, manufacturing Reveal`s, PSU`s etc for Jetstream`s, and then moved to the Diamond hangar at Stansted for FLS, doing "D" checks on 747, 200`S. Contract was for Air China, British Airways. Worked in the Composite shop for 4 years at Stansted, covering wet lay-up and most pre-preg, Heat-con etc. Radome repair was my favourite. Fibrelam is the *****x !! :D Covered the balancing of flaps also. Here comes the ashamed bit ! Also worked at Rumblows, manufacturing galleys, toilets etc. Also Lola, making 1 piece racing car chassis. Kevlar is the most amazing material. Yeah you probably guessed, I was a "Contractor" Qualitair, Interlord etc !! Composites are the big thing in the future, you are correct there. Well done on the A380. A major achievement !!  Alan.....
