  1. normally if the clutch is slipping when hot it normally indicates a new one is soon needed, when the friction plates cool the make better contact. Check the rear oil seal is ok and not leaking! You can tell when it fails as it will drip oil between bellhousing and engine.
  2. i could be that chewbacca fella with the long hair and southern accent

  11. good link there from that man also if your removing the aircon pump, remove the awkward bolt when the engine is lifted up slightly you dont need to struggle like they do. Crows foot bloody yanks LMAO
  12. dont need to remove the prop, pointless! not digin at you bigsss, just not required ;) once the torque convertor is removed it will pull apart! use the online manual in the links at the top right hand corner of the website, you will find what you need

  14. 300's dont have tappets as there is no rockers, they use hydraulic lifters, it is most probably a stuck lifter causing the raquet. try a small cup of atf fluid in the engine leave running for 1/2 an hour then replace oil and filter with new items, normally works. how many cans of carb cleaner did you use to clean the throttles :x:
  15. no need for shit valves, sounds better with no recirculation, however bad for turbos that way
  16. you can fit some small washers to space the starter out a fraction so it does not eat the ring gear. and if you go to the trouble and find a clutch booster and TT pedal then you can have lightness ;)
