  1. cost between £400-£700 z tech can do this for you at a reasonable cost ;)

  8. find a manual transmission if you can,alot of autos are failing at the moment and as said view all of them and choose the best one,dont rush its easy to get your heart set on a nice looking car and loosing out with big repair bills,idealy take someone who has a good knowledge of the 300 good luck
  9. well said yup get it diagnosed before any damage is done,tolerances are tight on the 300zx and having ally heads they can warp easily so get the front stripped asap and find the fault,on removal of main water pipes,sometimes the gasket seal between them can fail causing leaks so whilst there off inspect the 2short hoses for splits

  11. no it is good for cleaning fella,excellent on plastics gets them shiny,ideal for the front cam covers ;)

  15. dont spray the bloody engine with wd-40 ffs it will smoke and stink LOL best thing on metal is to start with carb cleaner dont spray on plastics as it will fook them up,then clean with small stiff nylon brush and hot soapy water wire brush any shit of the plenum,clean some of them corroded plugs whilst your at it with elecy cleaner spray

  18. not being funny chris and obviously depends on taste but at least with 99spec or some stillen there poly and they just flex under impact,the amount of neihbours cars i hit was unbelievable :D harldy a scratch save a lot of money in the long run :(
