  1. dont know if thats ythe ones then, as the ones i was looking for didnt need a spigot ring, they had the correct centre bore  Think im gonna use the 324mm GTR discs and make a relocating bracket up, just need to try and dig out my verniers :headvswal Just need to know the thickness of the hub mounting lug, anyone know it ?:hyper:

  4. Dan thanks, but no thanks. I intend on making the kit up myself, i do have plans for a huge brake upgrade actually. From an aston martin DB9 to be precise, 360mm 4 pot :hyper: Im just looking for something to tide me over for a year :smash:
  5. ahhh, i see. Makes sense i suppose :)
  6. i think what he is getting sat is the company are saying all their engines are from japan, yet they need an exchange unit back. SO are they selling those engines on ebay as ones they have got form japan I think they are getting those engines, checking them over and selling them back on as units from Japan :smash:
  7. just keeping the standard calipers for now, if i decide to go for alot more power il be changing those to something more substantial :D
  8. The next mods i want to do to my car is upgrade the fornt brakes, as they are dire :slap: I was looking at the 345mm upgrade that someone on here was doing, and was thinking bout doing it myself. Does anyone know what discs to use ? And does anyone have an engineers drawing, or measurements of the brackets, so i can make them up :) cheers
  9. ahhhh, kevin bloody wilson  ive got a cd with a load of his stuff on it
  10. the only way a spoiler will apply downforce is if the plane part is shaped like an aircraft wing but upside down. Otherwise its just causing parasitic drag ;)
  11. il be doing this over the winter, need heat in the car :xxx:
  12. congrats mate, thats next on my agenda :smash: did you do it in situ ? or did you remove the dash ?
  13. Ive just bought a set of second hand teins for my 300, despite saying i wouldnt spend any money this side of 2009 :nelson: The only thing is i think one of the dampers is fooked, one of the fronts. Does anyone know how much it is for a rebuild or replacement ? been looking on the tein site but cant find any info :smash:
  14. They are cheap crap, the welds are full of pinholes which obviously is not good for strength. and the bearings wear away very quick. With the amount of money you need to spend getting them up to scatch you would be cheaper buying decent ones :smash:
  15. yip, thats the one i think, go check out the SXOC and do a search, there is a huge amount of info on there bout them ;)
  16. Some have been lucky, most have not, im not saying this to sell my own stuff or anything, i dont sell clutches :smash: But there has been a HUGE amount of people buy these then get stung, and even though its got exedy on it, its still not genuine mate, as the exedy site states, they do not trade on there ;)
  17. i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but those clutches are fake :headvswal there has been ALOT of people bought from them( look on the sxoc and driftworks etc) and the clutches start slipping VERY quickly, and even if you check the exedy site, they state they do not trade on ebay :nono: I think you might have to buy another one buddy
  18. no that wont affect the efficiency mate :x:
  19. where did you get the clutch ? my cousin was daft enough to buy one from ebay :x:
  20. ive got a scorpion quad exit, but wanted a hi power, might just get one and adapt it :smash:
  21. awh, that sucks bigtime, that was the system i wanted
  22. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HkKmd7mkJZc you sure :D
