  1. true, but he has stated its an NA so he knows it's not a TT!
  2. basically he's either lying or hasn't got a clue
  3. The o2 sensor connectors are pins 29 and 55 on the ecu. Have a look in the faq section for a digram of ecu pinouts.
  4. that nearly hypnotised me! lol
  5. Pretty sure that 350z stock wheels will fit a 300.
  6. Ah right, didn't know that! Cheers bud
  7. I've got another oil cooler above the rear subframe, is this a standard item and what is it for? I thought all the coolers were at the front
  8. Think it's 225bhp mate.
  9. lol.. I know mate, i've got the certificate to prove it! I'm basically restoring it and getting it to a modified stock look. Hopefully to last me for ever. Spent about 5k so far on bits and it's got to have a full respray yet! Loving every minute of it :hyper:
  10. took it off for a repair and respray mate. I jacked the car up, then lowered it onto the ramps :mac1:
  11. It's solid mate, there isn't any side to side movement (unless you rock the bugger!), it's as though the cars on the road. You can't really see it in the photo but the ramps have wider bases than the wheels. I see what you mean mate, the rear ramps are fine but are about a 1/2" higher than the front set, that and the slope in my drive makes the car lean forward a bit. The photo does make it look worse than it is tho'
  12. I bought the dvd from amazon, it's a good watch but a bit short!
  13. I've put my car on ramps, while I get the old exhaust off and have a general clean underneath. Reading the instructions that came with the ramps, it states "only use one set of ramps at a time". All the ramps are rated at 2t and it feels a lot safer than using axle stands. Is this dangerous, or are Halfords being over cautious?
  14. COD 4:MW was rated as the best of the COD series. I'm playing World at War at the mo' but am looking forward to modern warfare 2 (on PC that is, co it's the best version )
  15. I'm going to get a big brake upgrade to the front soon and I was then going to put the 4pot front brakes on the rear. If I remember correctly, you need to make sure that your brakes are balanced with the bias to the front, otherwise you won't pull up in straight line. Your original rear brakes will still be fine.
  16. Dan, does that include the torque converter mate?
  17. Any chance of you doing a quick FAQ mate? I've got to do this on mine as well. :D
  18. Welcome matey :)
  19. The joys of zed ownership!
  20. Yeah, just thought about that! lol I guess with the thermostat closed I'll be wasting my time :headvswal
  21. I'm trying to flush the coolant, so far I've undone the bottom rad drain plug, and flushed the rad with water, this was so slow that I undid the bottom right hand hose from the rad. It's flushing much quicker now, but I think it's only cleaning one side of the rad. I don't want to remove the engine drain plugs because I'll probably shear them off! Can I put the my hose in one of the hard pipes (the one with the ecu and gauge temp senders) connecting the engine to the rad, and flush the engine that way? Cheers Dave
  22. me too! lol
  23. I'd check the alloy for cracks as well mate.
  24. Don't you need adjustable cambers when you lower the car?
