Yep I saw that.. thought it was a 260 but not 100% on that.

I saw a 370 the other week, looked a lot better than the 350 but the 300 is still the best by far.

got one from halfords for about £20. It doesn't take 10mins to pump a tyre up, but it's not that fast.

Both JDM and UK TT's put out the same power, the only difference is between Auto's and manuals. The manuals have about 20bhp more but the autos turbo's spool quicker

Don't want to steal the thread but I was wondering; Is this a hard job to do? Reading this thread has made me think of doing mine on my new engine before it goes in. Engine has done less than 60k (kms) so is it worth doing while engine is out?

The boost should go to 0 when you turn the car on, start it and it should go to a notch or so above the -7 (or -14 for uk) . When you accelerate the boost needle will raise, this is the turbo's spooling up, once the gauge goes into the + then the turbo's are providing boost. Manual cars will boost a bit slower than auto's due to the slightly different internals in the turbos. This was done to help compensate for the autobox.

Had this on both my zeds a real PITA but as Jeff says, pretty easy to fix. I did mine with body hammers and a lump of iron as a dolly :D
