  1. cheers bud, spent ages looking in the manual but couldn't even find the right section :blushing:
  2. As above, Need to drop the front cross member but I don't know what torque to do the bolts up to when it goes back on.
  3. Is that just a case of undoing the 6 bolts holding the cross member on and lowering it? Or do I have to remove all the bits attached to it first? Also the cars sitting on ramps not stands, will this make a difference? Cheers dave
  4. I'm in the middle of changing my rack bushes for ES ones. I've removed the brackets holding them in place and changed the n/s one easily. Problem im having is getting the drivers side one off. The rack only has a little amount of play and I can't get the old one out. I know that this side is a "bit tricky" but I'm getting nowhere with it. I'm also wondering how, when I get the bugger out, am I going to get the new one in? Help me 300zx.co.uk you're my only hope! Cheers Dave PS Engine is still in..
  5. did have them on sli and yes they are awesome! Unfortunatly one packed up one me, so I had to go back to single gpu.
  6. now worries mate, forgot to say that's £50 posted
  7. Iv'e got a 8800GTX for £50. Not a huge upgrade but will make a difference to the settings you can run.
  8. Welcome to the club. If you have any questions just ask, we are a friendly helpful bunch.
  9. Phew, nearly read all that then...lol
  10. Welcome matey :)
  11. I smacked myself in the nads with a torque wrench when I was splitting the prop. This resulted in me headbutting the tunnel! Luckily nobody saw...
  12. I've only had the flu once and it is not nice at all. I wasn't right for over a month. Hopefully it's just a 24hr bug
  13. not for me. Just aching all over and feel like crap should really man up..lol
  14. glad it's not just me then!
  15. I ache all over, really tired but can't sleep and generally feeling sorry for myself :crying: must be man flu...
  16. As above, the remake of cheesy but good 80's classic V is starting on the SyFi channel tonight at 10pm. Might be worth a watch.
  17. Agree with Funki, The biggest thing I see with number two is the "Upgrading to a 350z" as reason for sale! imo a 350 is a downgrade to 300. Third one does look to be the most honest one.
  18. Very true but my answer refers to surface rust (as per title) not full blown rot :batman:
  19. Waxoyl will NOT cure rust mate. Remove the surface rust as best you can (wire brush) then coat with a rust convertor such as kurust or dinitrol converust. Then it can be sprayed with your choice of underseal.
  20. I've got these ramps and they are solid!
