  1. I was wondering where he was too. Hope he's OK.
  2. There's page turning buttons on both sides ya lazy get..
  3. Here you go Al, you can sleep easy..http://uk.news.yahoo.com/1/20110103/ten-nasa-scientists-slam-absurd2012-c60bd6d.html
  4. :sailor:+:asshole:=  Think I'll just wait and see what happens in 2012....
  5. Congratulations mate :duffer:
  6. Wear a coat :shifty:
  7. Nice one matey :) Once you get it sorted out put your user name down on the thread in the games section. To get a zed quickly you can do the b licence that will boost your experiance enough to buy one. I've got a 668bhp monster that eats just about anything including verons :gunsmilie: Need to keep straightening the chassis though as I keep crashing the bugger..lol
  8. If you haven't got a vice to hold the tension arms in mate then take them to a garage as you will find it very hard to press the new bushes in without one. They will also get rid of those sleeves. Grease is very important when fitting the new bushes but there isn't anything "special" about the grease you get in the little bags, in fact it's a complete barsteward to use. Copper grease or Moly poly type (halfords) are better.
  9. it's the centre spinner from what us oldies call a "record" lol
  10. There's also a pipe at the front of (underneath) the plenum that joins the fuel rails together. It's about where it says V6 on the throttle cover (ish)
  11. I would leave as is mate, do you have three point belts in the back or just the lap ones?
  12. It's normal, once the engine has warmed it will drop as the oil will be thinner It will also increase when you accelerate. If the pressure drops completely that's the point to worry. Also the oem gauge is not very accurate.
  13. Is that a Stillen lip on the bumper?
  14. Yep, I've got one and its fantastic. Really easy to use but it's not backlit so you can't read it in the dark. Amazon do a cover that has a led light on it though. The screen is unlike any screen I've seen before and uses "electronic ink" the best way to describe it is like a piece of paper. As it's not a normal screen you can read for hours without straining your eyes.
  15. Got news today that my old friend and mentor died on Thursday :crying: He'd been battling Cancer for the past three years. Nigel taught me the inner workings of the PC back in the early '90's when the 386DX40 was top of the range! The bloke was a genius when it came to electronics and computers. I remember him coming in drunk one night from a party at the Officers Mess (He was a Flt Lt in the RAF for many years) He sat for two hours and told me exactly where Clive Sinclair could have made a much better ZX Spectrum. RiP Nigel, you will be sorely missed mate
  16. would love to see her in Concert! My best ever gig was Pink Floyd at Wembley arena in 1994 (i think) We had tickets for the second night and spent the whole day wondering if it would be going ahead as some seating collapsed on the opening night. Anyway, the gig went ahead and It was absolutely awesome.
  17. iirc you used to get a pepper dust that you could sprinkle around areas that you didn't want your cat going. Although, citrus peel would also work.
  18. Click on the little icon that looks like a piece of notepaper at the bottom of the persons post.
  19. So true mate.lol You forgot about porn though! There was no easy access to it at all, all we had was the occasional jazz mag found in a hedge if you were lucky. Those were the days :wheelchair:
  20. According to wiki Several means a number of 2 - 3 and less than 20 but doesn't refer to the number 7. I've always taken it as meaning 3.
  21. Several normally refers to 3 mate not 7 :whistling:
  22. No mate, you have to wire them in yourself. Pretty easy to do, just run a couple of wires from the number plate lights.
  23. You should try taking a 3oz fishing lead in the back of the shoulder for pain. Got my line snagged a few feet in front of me so I pulled like a bugger until it came loose. Lead flew out of the water and just missed me, unfortunately the rod acted like a whip lash and the barsteward hit me on the way back! Felt like i'd been shot not to mention looking a right tw@t at the same time..lol
