  1. Yes they are mate. It's only the SWB and LWB exhausts that are different.
  2. Congrats mate, this has been a long and no doubt expensive build but the results speak for themselves! Awesome :thumbup1:
  3. Welcome matey :)
  4. Doh! I'm going to put it through my diesel Veccy.
  5. probably blow the heater matrix as well, even though it's not touching it! lol
  6. Your welcome mate :thumbup1:
  7. I know what your saying mate, but this stuff is essentially carb cleaner and I've read lots of good things about it, mainly for cleaning crap out of diesel engines. You spray it in the air intake after the MAF and it blows the crud out the exhaust. So it's more of a treatment than an additive.
  8. Yes, they should be keyed differently so you can't get them the wrong way round.
  9. Seriously though, Nissan did the zed in 3 types of black iirc. GL1 was a Gloss black (no longer available from Nissan) and was used up to late '93ish. This was replaced by KH3 Gloss black that was a slightly different shade to GL1. There was also a metallic black but I cant remember what code that was or if it was JDM, USDM only. HTH
  10. I bought some of this stuff to give my oil burner a de-coke but I see they also do a petrol version. So I was wondering if anybody has put a can through their zed, and if so what were the results?
  11. Just don't paint it matt and you can't really go wrong.
  12. its 63mm for future reference.
  13. I think if you make a thread in the help section you'll get a better response mate.
  14. Hadn't noticed mate, I must be used to you doing it :tt2:
  15. Can anyone tell me how long the lower fuel pipe from the FPR to the fuel rail is? I chucked my old one out without thinking about it! lol
  16. I took a wire brush on a grinder to mine and removed all the rust, then I painted it with hammerite. Not really necessary but it didn't have improve the looks of the thing. Also make sure the ABS sensors and cogs are clean. The sensors are magnetic and pick up fragments easily. You may as well change the oil, it's really easy to do. I wouldn't bother with the uk cooler as it's a complete waste of time and not needed. Plus you would need the cooler, piping and oil pump and you would have to drill and tap threads in the diff for the cooler pipes to connect to.
  17. haha poor sod. Shame there isn't more of like him about.
  18. Chances are that if you have manual seats at the moment you won't have the loom to plug them in. You can however still wire them in as groover says, but you'll have to find suitable connections i.e. a 12v perm live (fused) and an earth. you can rewire the exisisting belt tensioner into the new loom. I Don't know about the heated part.
  19. Dam, missed that! was it a good one? lol
  20. You've not got a turbo timer have you?
  21. Is your cat black and white with wings? cos I think that's a Magpie mate.
  22. lol. I'd loose my arm If I tried that on any of my cats.
  23. Found this for people having trouble with their cats bringing in local livestock... Don't think it'll catch on :whistling:
