  1. Yep, two bolts at the top on the mount and a big one on the bottom. Undo all three and remove. The gasket is to stop metal on metal rubbing, I just used a bead of silicon instead. Top bolts are 31 - 42 nm bottom one is 98 - 118 nm

  3. Have you checked that the ECU plug is not too tight? Sometimes these can be over tightened and cause all sorts of problems.

  5. Remove the rust with a grinder/drill brass brush, coat with dinitrol converrust and repaint. Then find where the water is getting in. this fix assumes that it is just surface rust.

  13. Yep, that's another option. Need to keep them well greased though.
  14. Ask Mr F mate it's front tension bar bushes your after. There was a problem with old ES poly bushes being to stiff and actually tearing the lower wishbone where they bolted on. This problem has been sorted so you will be OK with poly ones now. I used whiteline ones that I got from Zcentre and they are fine. HTH
