You may have a problem with your oem fanny magnet. Get it on Conzult and see what voltage is running through it. You could also try cleaning the connector. It's a common fault if you have garish skirts and spoilers on your zed. They block the cool signals being sent to the woman's brain... HTH ;)

I'll let Andy say for sure but it looks like you just need to unplug the old boards ribbon cable and plug in the new. Unless you mean actually removing the screen from the board and soldering it onto the other.

You could cut the wires near the plug and resolder them. You will find it very hard to remove the o2 sensors if they've been on the car for any length of time. If they're good why are you removing them mate?

The car does have an EGR emissions system. It's often the first thing to be ditched though..lol

Welcome to the club matey :) iirc any pre '95 zed doesn't have to have cats. The biggest problem we seem to have with zed's failing on emissions is that the MOT station runs a 350z program from the database. The 300ZX isn't on the MOT database so only has to pass a basic emissions test. HTH

But don't you need to remap the ecu for the fueling before upping the boost or you get DET?? I'll rep you if you rep me ;)
