The chip doesn't do much for the power (although the engine does seem to run a little smoother), but it allows you to raise the boost to about 14psi quite safely - which is where the extra power comes from !

For an import auto I'd rate this as pretty high - certainly before tuning mods.

Opinion can be divided on this. Some say that the radiator cap can act as a 2-way valve - it looks a lot like a 1-way one to me, but I haven't tested and/or proven it one way or the other.

I find that you usually need to do this a couple of times to get all the air out. I then check the level every day for about a week. (Paranoia etc!)

Sounds like it may be a bad earth to me. Enough juice for the lights, but too much drain on a poor connection leads to arcing and means not enough current for the starter motor.

Should be ready for the first rebuild by the time he gets to yours - LOL In fact it could be a bit sooner if he gets Stu to top up the oil for him ! LMAO :D
