Well I don't live a million miles from Micheldever, but it still costs about £40 in fuel (and a trip round the M25) to get there.
  2. It's a long, long time since I looked at this, but I seem to recollect that the UK auto rad has a tank on each side for the autobox cooler and the Jap spec one only has it one one side. Therefore, you are probably right in saying that your Jap spec rad has been replaced with a UK spec one, and whomever did it didn't bother to plumb in the other side as well. For proper peace of mind and gearbox longevity you should get a separate gearbox oil cooler fitted and bypass the half-assed radiator based one entirely.

  6. I can do that for you, but you need the ECU to be socketted for the replacement chip - which I can also do. PM me if you're interested.

To be fair, there is virtually no moderation on here and that's because there is very little needed. Just because a couple of people have a bee in their bonnet about something, and can't take a hint, doesn't mean the rest should be affected. Peace
