Modded UK - 2004 - 1st August
See here for details :- http://www.moddeduk.com It's the Kent Modified Car Show, seems that previously it's been in Sittingbourne, but this year it's moved to Rainham (which I thought was Essex. but there you go ! )

Grill
You really want to get the stainless steel woven stuff, not that cheap shite that needs painting etc.

leak-is it bad?
It was a joke for the blind ! LOL :D

Viruses!!
Live update, that is what keeps NAV up to date, right ? In which case it should be run every day ! Usually this will schedule automatically. I don't use Yahgoo, but if you mean that you use their web interface then you're pretty safe and the cause of the emails is probably due to the reason I suggested earlier.

Viruses!!
To start with get a virus checker - this one is a free download. AVG from http://www.grisoft.com Next, it is quite likely that you do not have a virus, but someone else with your name in their address book does. That virus picks a name from that book to look like the originator of the emails and then the failure reports get bounced back to that person - YOU !

not enough respect for a supercar!!!
I've never had anyone ask what my car is (except when I was driving the 350Z last week). Maybe it's because mine is the subtle blue colour and not red with big spolier etc - guess it just slips under the RADAR ! ;) (never been nicked in it either)

Eprom Removal
Hmmm, anyone on the forum got one of these then ?

4th April Santa Pod
Check their web site - it'll be in the calendar.

Eprom Removal
Ha, I've had a bit of practice at these now and can remove the chip without damaging it !
-
Eprom Removal
Yes, there is a varnish or lacquer sprayed over the board that sticks the EPROM down. You need to be very careful levering up the chip because it can pull up the tracks, score the tracks with your lever or pull out the plated holes !

Prop Shaft Bearing
Mine was the same symtoms and it was definitely the centre bearing.

Is it all in my head?....
Is it downhill from the garage ? ;)

Grounding Kits
LOL Actually I meant f-all difference to my lousy tickover - there may be other benefits, which as yet, are less obvious.

Grounding Kits
Actually, I take that back, it's made feck all difference, probably more to do with the ECU reset than anything else !

NZR- what daily drive?
No, I'll still drive the Z to work most days, it's the 500 mile round trip up north every other weekend that's doing the damage (to my wallet).

Flyers Or Club Cards
What one of the clubs do (perhaps the Aus guys) is to create a PDF that people can download and print for themselves, that way we don't have the costs and hassle of distributing them. If someone arty were to create something then that might be the right way to go.

NZR- what daily drive?
Peugeot 405/6 diesel. Last for ever, cheap as chips to run. Will be looking at one of those and a Xantia turbo diesel at the weekend. Hoping to reduce my Z mileage by about 1000 per month !

Server time needs a bump by 1hr ?
Does this help ?

Big THANK YOU No/ 1
Cheers guys. All happy customers so far.

Grounding Kits
I fitted the grounding kit on mine at the weekend and it does seem to have improved my rather rough and unpredictable tickover. So I guess I must have a poor earth somewhere.

Oil Cooler
Yep, that's right, just what I did on mine. Seem to recollect having a little trouble with the pipes though - I think I used the UK spec pipes in the end because they're slightly longer.

a sad sight
Sounds pretty expensive for one in poor condition to me.

Doesn't he specialise in Porridge these days ?
