  1. I'm always stunned by the interior of most US cars, generally look like they were designed in the '70's - even the modern ones .....
  2. It arrived a few days ago and I just caught up. Welcome !

    Done. Welcome !
  4. And you think that driving over bumps in the road and cornering hard won't stir that up then .. There is a fuel filter ... However, running the injectors dry may damage them.
  5. Sensible move - use the 'right' oil ! RTFM.

You too can have green poo if you eat Hariali Chicken (Dunno how it's spelt exactly) at the Indian !!!!
  8. Yes, there is a steady trickle of Paypal problems - it doesn't always seem to synch up with the database.
  9. How did you pay ? I'm still at work so don't have access to my records etc, but will manually fix your account now.
  10. It was probably considered at the time the actuators were designed and rediscovered when someone had a leaky pipe there.

Typically means that there is an ignition failure and unburnt fuel is being chucked down the pipe which ignites in the cats. Check your coilpack connectors first.
  12. A set of HIDs perhaps (and free insurance).
  13. I would have automatically assumed that it was spam/phishing and deleted it.
  14. And another :- http://www.adslguide.org.uk/tools/speedtest.asp
  15. Won't a reconned engine cost about the same a getting yours fixed ? If you mean just a 2nd hand engine then I would consider that an unknown quantity is is probaby best avoided if you have the opportunity for something better.
  16. H3C - not common but available from a couple of the traders here and on eBay. Or you can mod H1's by soldering on an extra earth lead.
  17. It would probably make sense to change the drier though - especially if it's the original. I think they should be changed with each aircon service.
  18. Almost certainly R12, unless it has been previous converted. PaulC did an a/c write up in the FAQ area.
  19. Look nice. Shipping is a bit steep ! How do you get them all (accurately) adjusted to the same height ?
  20. The rings should come with the pistons - if not you'd want to be asking where they got to ... Towcester Tuning used to be a good place for that sort of thing. Somewhere near Northampton now I think.
  21. They will rape you ! You may as well pay 3rd party only

Suggest you PM it to MTL, rather than post in public
  23. What I mean was inviting people here to throw abuse at them does not seem like productive use of anyones time. We don't need flame wars here.
  24. 18/20 - I found that quite difficult - been a long time since I did O level maths. And No. 19 was a lucky guess !
