  2. some basic things are see what it's running at start up ,a disk clean up, and also defragmenting the hard disk may make it a little less slower what antivirus are you using ?, i generally find pc's to run slow when they are infected my server can run slow ie: loading internet , but never the pc it self ie: program response

  5. a guy at my local gararge has one, they are a nice motor and go well but cannot be compared to a 300 ! id have one for a second car if i could afford the 2 but my 2nd motor must be as cheap as chips!:D

    yep u need the perspex strip can be sourced with or with out brake light bit also should imagine z world will be cheapest , but they can tend to get damaged in the post !!!!

  15. will you be fitting the apexi yourself Si, ? im still driving mine a bit , but not much due to the current bush and alignment situation :(
  16. im replacing bushes at the min osf lower arm bush replaced and just fitted 4 new tyres it's having the tension rod bushes replaced and tracking done next week and thats it until 09!, lol

  19. firstly welcome to the club , and im running a n/a with 114,000 mls and engine runs great and have heard that some cars in the (us) have over 200,000 mls on and still going strong! As regards a rebuild i recently priced the labour at 1,500 approx and around 1,750 for the kit hth
