It's the same fit mate i had it on my J-spec for a while , will pm you about it now and yep the original airbox's are known to be restrictive ;) going for a single apexi cone i think :D

Some have noticed issues with vented nose panels and after market induction cone's etc some also put guard's around the cone to protect it more from the elements ( i believe some come with these) or yep an original nose panel should alleviate the prob got one to if need it is uk spec and in gun metal grey ?

I've never heard mine but got the same alarm as you and yep it's supposed to give out a periodic beep when the batt is low , a good first start and should'nt cost much ;)

the 650 does let out a short bleep when the batt is low on the fob , maybe that ? only other beep can think of could be stereo or if lights left on when you exit the car ?

Not sure on this but as said i dont think it's illegal to have em' fitted it's more to do with the amount of light they throw out i think

a constant beep or just a quick blurt , what alarm does it have ?
