The rear lights need heating to brake the seal, you wont be able to prise them by hand without doing this, you can either carefully use a heat gun or hair dryer some have had success with a cooker or submerging them in hot water for some time there are guides floating around including a recent step by step by Sussex-Stu have a search Chris :)

I dont use my Z much at the min anyway for certain reasons, but it will see a few weekly trips out over the winter :)

I phoned them today before i started work and they said to still go and the nurse will decide, it was only an average cold and i'm on the tail end of it now so all should be good ! ;)
