are you able to BUY it back off of the insurance company then repair it yourself with the money they pay you?

that is an easy repair!

but you have the right to buy it back off of the insurance company! for considerably less then they pay you. what you get as payment could potentially put your z back on the road (damage dependent)

i have the same problem with medal of honour. tbh i was going to look into getting a mouse or something for it as i am ace on the pc versions lol. the ps2 version is soo much more difficult to aim properly.

push the gaiter down so it isnt being twisted by the knob. its has a ring that pushes onto the base of the knob. iirc the knob is bonded aswell as threaded so a qwick twist is required to break the seal. then it will undo. !its deffo an original knob isnt it. otherwise it may have grub screws holding it on.

not my cup of tea im afraid.

its a screw thread get a rag and a pair of mole grips wrap the rag around the knob and then carefully use the mole grips to undo. or use a tourniquet with the rag and an extension bar from a socket set (use the bar for leverage)

it should be bolted up make sure they are both inline with each other before you bolt them down other wise it will wind itself up (twist etc)

tbh i need to redo my cards. they are letherette (vinyl) i need to redo them in a more hardwearing vinyl or leather. after seeing yours has convinced me to try and get some nice cream seats. looks like a proper sports car.
