  2. go on then smart arse make me some ball valves by hand eigh! i can do it but would take me ages compaire to a manual lathe. i should have put "it would be more economically viable for you to consider taking it to a cnc shop as the time it would take me to do the job possibly wouldn't be worth it" :tongue:
  3. all to common now on uk Z's mike at mjp in the traders section can get the sill weld in sections for you. as for the subframe never done one but heard is an arse!
  4. what do they actually look like. pics would be good from a few angles. might be a cnc lathe job not manual like i do!
  5. its a yellow plastic bit inside the lock that can be replaced. oh and try and get the later spec one as its metal ;)

  11. fuel pump i get the exact same thing. mine can run on and off for over 20 minutes after its switched off.

  16. Are these correct?? what would the implications be if they are wrong. they were changed when i bought the car and seem to be burning correctly.

  19. nope deffo a tan as i have just got out the bath with caz and she is a little annoyed as she has been going on the sunbeds and i just take a drive down the motorways and get a better one :tongue:
  20. well i have bee travelling up and down the m27 all bloody weekend 4 trips in total Bournemouth to petersfield and back twice. z never missed a beat and what a nice drive with the roofs off. got myself a nice tan too. :tongue: :dance: unfortunately it cost me £45 in fuel but well worth it. my mate is leaving the country to live in Texas so was the last time i was going to see him for a while. but the up side is if i can raise the cash we are going to go out there next year. corpus Christi on the gulf of Mexico. mmmm sun sea and sand and free accommodation.

  23. actually mate it was the threads that fooked up on martyns z. took me ages with martyns dremmel to cut the ******* off!! repaced easy enough tho. thats how i know what they are. bloody expensive for what they are too.
