what dail kit is this?
They're the dials I got made up especially a few years ago. They are silver faced but light up 5 or 6 indiglo colours. You won't find them on Ebay unless someone is selling a set I supplied them ;) If you want a set, let me know cos I might have a Jap spec set left from a member who never paid up, they were around the £100 mark last time IIRC but I'll have to confirm. My email is vij@dsl.pipex.com Vijay

Manufacturers warranty?
Hi, I bought a leather suite about a year ago which developed a problem. The shop ordered me a new one which was on a 3 month delivery. During that 3 months the shop closed down but when I contacted the manufacturers, they were aware of the replacement for me and arranged delivery of it. The problem is the same fault has happened again and they are saying that my warranty was with the shop and not them. Is that right? Cheers Vijay

paul bailey rear spoiler ???
are you looking to keep the rear spoiler lip under a high level spoiler? If so I'll be selling spoiler that replicates the stock spoiler but doesn't have the sides so you can fit a high level spoiler ;) Vijay

Making your own biodeisel
don't think that figure is right, I worked it out at between 30 and 40p depending on how much methanol you can recover (the GL design uses a condensor to get back some of the methanol which would otherwise go into the atmosphere) and that's with waste oil. Still a massive saving though ;) Vijay

Making your own biodeisel
Bud, buying one is deffo not the way to go as a lot of them don't take safety into mind when mixing chemicals. I was ready to spend money on buying one then reading through forums, was guided towards making my own using a design from a guy by the name of Graham Laming - http://www.graham-laming.com/bd/ecosystem/state_diagram_new.htm If you're seriously looking into this, join up on http://www.vegetableoildiesel.co.uk/forum/ really helpfull people on there :) Vijay

Making your own biodeisel
I've almost finished making the processor and will hopefully be making my own in a matter of weeks ;) The problem seams to be a lot of outlets who sell biodiesel don't fully wash it which makes soap which causes blockages which is why I want to make my own (oh and to save all that money! lol). LCD or Plasma?
I've got a 42" Panasonic plasma and a 32" Sony LCD, without a doubt the plasma is a much better picture. Are you a member at Costcos by any chance? Good prices and they now throw in a 5 year warranty ;) Vijay

Seized nut :(
Was quite impressed with the bolt gripper set although it's a shame you have to pay another £20 for the rest of the set :(

Seized nut :(
What a nightmare that was. The nut splitter didn't work as it couldn't fit flush on the nut cos of the exhaust. Been soaking the thread with plusgas since the weekend and it still didn't budge. Ended up using the 16mm bolt gip bit with an impact gun and it came loose :) So thanks everyone for the tips. Vijay

Playing MP3/WMA files
Hi, Any suggestions on the easiest way of playing MP3 and WMA music files which are on my PC, on my car head unit? Only thing I can think of is writing them to discs or get an MP3 player with one of those radio tuner things that plugs into the MP3 player. Vijay
