I thought the same thing with sponges and you'd get tiny scratches? Tried a wash mit and found it just didn't soap up :(

Seal On New Trolley Jack Just went !!!
To be honest mate, if you intend on working on your Z, it's a heavy old motor and it might be worth investing in a 3 ton jack for peace of mind. If you're a member of Costco, they do a nice 3 ton low level jack for under 70 quid. I'd hate to hear your jack gave way while you'd actually had the stands in the wrong place (while you were moving them) Vijay

Seal On New Trolley Jack Just went !!!
As Mark says, axle stands are a must!!! And I would never ever trust one of those 2 ton jacks stamped with RAC, they're the sort of things they sell in Argos aren't they :( Glad you're ok and no one's hurt, that's the main thing ;) Vijay

polyurethane front bumper problem
You can't see the ripples in pics, actually can't see them in the flesh but if you run your hand over the bumper, they're there ;) The shop said it will build up no problem, it's actually the opposite and that's why any normal filler wouldn't work, it would have to go on so thin ;)

polyurethane front bumper problem
Hello bud, It was actually a guy in a branch of Morellis who suggested pollyester spray, reckons it'd have ebough flex in it easily  and just by chance, Allan replied to me tonight and suggested using the same thing. I left a message for my garage to speak to the painter who'll be doing my car to see whta he says too. If you can still ask your painter, I'd appreciate that :) Cheers Vijay

Hi, Does anyone have any idea what can be used to put a skim over my Stillen front bumper? The problem is for some reason the top part (that runs under the headlights and nose panel) has gone wavey/warped :( Cheers Vijay

House air con
Hi, Does anyone work in air conditioning? Need to know if I can have 1 air con unit but 2 controllers/ducts so I can have air con working in 2 rooms. It would be great if I could have them running at the same time but would be just as happy if I could have only 1 room running at a time. Cheers Vijay
