well I found the leak, all I can say is I'd love to get the person who installed my alarm!!!! He/She decided to make a massive whole in the bulhead to get a cable through and then fill it with mastic. Well the mastic must have split cos it was leaking in badly. I've spent today pulling out the carpet so I can dry it out as there was a puddly on the floor :( Vijay

I really don't think it's the matrix as I'm not losing any water from the rad and the water is just that - water. It's not realy rained in the last few day but I think water that gets in, can't come out. So I assume it's from all the rain/snow we've had recently. Vijay
