Eat better before swimming mate, eat slow releasing energy food like pasta, bananas are good.

It's purely diet in my opinion, if you are doing exercise then you can eat anything in moderation. Your probably not eating enough to compensate the phys your doing. I personally don't do protein shakes as I feel they are pointless if the food is correct. A mate used slimming tabs and he had to compensate taking them with about 6 cans of monster a day so did nothing for him. I would stay away and concentrate on phys. Just remember that fat burning is about 60-80% of max effort, you should be able to hold a conversation while running etc. - - - Updated - - - Eating breakfast starts the metabolism so you burn more calories in a day.

You can glue it and hold it together with bulldog clips while it dries. Powertrix do a set of vents with a carbon fibre cover on it and this holds the peeling edge down and covered. I've got a set fitted, have a look through my old threads.

Hi guys, Anybody got the part numbers for the correct belts when running a full UR pulley set? car is a 1990 JDM TT. I've done a search and can only find info for using a UR crank and OEM other pulleys. Any info would be great as want to get them fitted ASAP. Cheers, Rob
