  1. Cheers Jeff, All four screws in the back of the dial, the screw in the smaller circle is in the other hole, tried it in the one in the picture but it wont go so didnt want to force it and break it. I will try again in the morning.
  2. Well something somewhere haha :tt2:
  3. Not at this rate buddy, the sodding thing is going off a cliff LOL.
  4. Best pic i can do for now, will try again in the morning. 99% sure there's no black box stuffed down the back but if anyone can throw a light on whats going on that would be great.
  5. Well as everyone else seems to be doing it I might aswell too. My child is due on the 8th April. Due to being away my first scan is in 2 weeks at the 21 week point, cant wait. Congratulations to StellaZ and to Baz.
  6. Ok mate, well there was no extra wires attached to the JDM clocks so I'm guessing my info was duff, again. Will try for a pic now but don't hold out much hope in the dark
  7. Where in the plug does the yellow/green wire go? Also I have no idea what the converter looks like, any hints and where in the dash it mint be.
  8. Ah same thing, everyone knew what I meant
  9. What's it called then laughing boy? Lol
  10. Hi Graham, cheers for that. The speedo worked fine before so I'm confident it works. The el faces seem ok too as they sweep across fine with a finger. I haven't disconnected the converter as I don't know where it is or what it looks like lol. There is a lot of hodges wiring on the car and the only thing different on this I can see is the audible chime thing for the lights and doors. Cheers buddy
  11. Cheers Paul, handy info to know. Any idea what my problem may be?
  12. So as long as it's there that's ok, handy but totally stupid.
  13. Its all out the dash, will get onto it tomorrow as lost the light now. Alignment is booked in for Monday morning but will have to do the trip tomorrow, unfortunately I have no choice. Just hope I've tightened the adjustable nuts on the new arms enough lol
  14. No mate, I've just fitted adjustable suspension and couldn't get it aligned in time. It had a slight wobble between 40-60 ish but then nothing, not been above that yet so hopefully it will be ok. It's the lack of speedo that's the drama at the mo
  15. Haha no chance of that with my wheel wobble, no wait I mean shake lol
  16. Hi guys, Need your help again. Decided to put my set of UK clocks that I'd tarted up with some EL dials, put it back together and the speedo reads zero and the milometer stays at the same reading. It used to have KM clocks with I'm led to believe a speed converter thing, not 100% sure on that as it wasn't accurate. Driving it back to the UK tomorrow so could do with it lol. On a serious note is it required to be working for an MOT? Cheers
  17. Yeah, you can see the plugs bottom right of the ECU in the picture.
  18. Just had another look, it is wired into the white box behind the main ECU. Dunno if that makes a difference?
  19. Cheers for the thoughts guys. It looks like a standard ECU, so not sure. Really must resist the urge to chop it out LOL
  20. Well I'm gonna be but it's not me your looking for LOL
  21. Hi guys, After fitting all the suspension bits I decided to finish a job I started.... remove all the old speaker cables. Came across this metal box (below). As you can see its fed direct from the ECU and ends up at a toggle switch. The switch was behind the panel under the steering wheel. I've toggled it and nothing happens. I have a thing about wiring so want rid of it. Cheers, Rob
  22. Cheers Graham, Its on the list for when the wing comes off then.
  23. Hi all, The car has had a PRVR delete and possibly AIV too, I need to have another proper look. Do these pipes look like something that was once attached to those systems? Basically want to get rid of them. Cheers
  24. Have a look through my threads mate as I did the exact same thing a few months ago. If you are doing a straight conversion from KM to MPH and not changing anything there is NOTHING illegal with it.
