  3. Good work mate, I'm fitting my maserati Brembos this week.
  4. Jesus Christ that's mental haha. Although pretty sad at the same time. The black zed in the background is looking good mate.
  5. If you can't find a place to get it delivered you can get it sent to mine and it will be in the garage for when your back mate. Just let me know if you get stuck.
  6. That's how I've got them mounted but that's supposedly wrong. Jimmer reckons I should change them and he's usually right.
  7. Ah the old glass ankle excuse haha. Hope your on the mend mate. Dunno about JAE, not sure on the work front and it's usually the wife's birthday weekend.
  8. Hi there all, As the show is nearly here is anybody up for meeting in Chippenham and turning up in convoy, bit of a show of force? I've had a look on google maps and there is a Morris ms on the northern edge of the town, it's then a quick hop on the A420 and then B4039 to the circuit. It's just a thought that may not work for everyone but might be a good start to the day. Timings can be sorted and agreed when we have an idea when people will start to arrive. I for one can't wait haha. Rob
  9. If they're aftermarket arms then the longer side go to the rear of the car if that makes sense? As you look at them they ain't even.
  10. Yep.
  11. Thats JAE in September mate.
  12. I thought it was a 1 day only event. Had a look on the website and we are in area B with amongst others the Skyline owners club. Really can't wait now, the wife is sick of me talking about it LOL.
  13. Yes they are. I still can't believe the amount of work required to do such a simple job, it really boils my piss! Makes me miss my 205 GTI even more, loads of fun and simple to work on. Oh well looks like the front of the engine is coming off again!
  14. Cheers bud, good thinking but none of that needs doing.
  15. Hi guys, Is there a trick to getting them off without removing the water pipes on the front of the engine? I can't believe you have to however nothing would surprise me. Cheers
  16. Sounds good to me mate
  17. No drama mate. I'm on paternity for 2 weeks so might even have a blast up to collect it.
  18. Hi Pez, Can't reply to PM's on my iPhone for some reason! Still want the cage mate, give me a text/call if you want so we can square it away. A few pics would be good if it ain't a PITA.
  19. Take the internals out and just put the plastic box back in, it helps directs air round the cabin.
  20. Hi there buddy, Tried to PM you earlier about doing some bits for me but the forum says your not receiving PM's. Have you an e-mail address I can get you on? Cheers mate, Rob
  21. From memory they foul the gearbox. I could be wrong I think you can get them to fit with a big hammer?
  22. I'm still a maybe buddy. Would meet you in Swanage probably, makes the trip back home easier.
  23. Your right mate, the support we in the forces get now is 100's times better than when I joined up
  24. Cheers for the offer Bob. Got a few more jobs to do on the car but should be done by then. I know the venue well as I used to be based in Dishforth, just north of York. H4H is a great charity, the work they do is brilliant, my only thing is the smaller charities that do equally good work don't get the direct support as H4H is such a household name. Your offer of passenger rides for donations is a great idea and hopefully plenty will donate and take you up on the offer.
