  1. 350z for me every time, had one for 2 years before I totalled it. Great fun, good spec and IMO sounds great. Mine had been tinkered a bit but even the standard ones are awesome. I'll upload a pic later. Get a later one after 07 as you get more power and the engine is more tuneable, REVUP I think it's called.
  2. I don't want to use a windows based system mate, hence the mac mini. Everything I have is mac and with home share and icloud everything talks to each other. Sounds li,e more hassle than fitting an iPad which is what I was going to do originally.
  3. I will have two amps in the car, I'm assuming I can just use an RCA splitter???? Also whatsthe deal with the amp remote lead, or is this chinned off as it's powered by the computer being switched off? Also can they be wired into the ignition?
  4. Cheers for the info mate, I now know where to come for any more info haha.
  5. hi all, How do you connect a standard Rockford Fosgate amp to a carputer? Also can you recommend a screen? If I go this route it will be with a mac mini. Cheers, Rob
  6. Anyone know of mac compatible software?
  7. Holy shit that's horrid haha. But no I hadn't seen it before. Answer your question about prices in Europe, I didn't find one for sale for less than £7000 for a standard TT auto. Good quality manuals go for a lot more. This was in Germany by the way.
  8. I would leave it stock, probably try and get some stock wheels if it was mine. Have to say never seen a beige interior before, makes my blue look good LOL. Looks a really nice Zed by the way.
  9. I actually quite like it, will make my mind up for sure when I see it however.
  10. Yes mate, got a set of polished throttle bodies for a splash of colour. Wanted it all on by JapFest but probably aint gonna happen now.
  11. Rocker covers were 50 quid so not expensive mate
  12. Bought it off Alanz on here mate. Got the rocker covers done by a place in Yeovil. Plenum pic for ya mate
  13. Have been slowly sorting the engine bay over the last few weeks. Loads of chrome and polished bits and painted the cam belt and throttle covers. Powdercoated rocker covers and plenum still to fit. Enjoy
  14. The link to mine has died too mate, I did find it going through my old threads in my profile page. Good luck finding it mate, was a great thread.
  15. No way mate, I've even got a blue interior haha
  16. Well apart from the blue one mate, made the black look so stupid speed wise they used them to look good haha. Blue was even the fastest in the milky way ads LOL
