Depends on how much boost hes running.

265/30/19 on the rear and 235/35/19 on the front. If your car is stiff and bumpy its your shocks, try finding out whats fitted to the car you may have a cheap set of lowering springs fitted and if thats the case the only way around it is to upgrade the shocks or even the springs.
