I sat in my other car that ive not had long and came across a switch .witch turned out that its got power mirrors. How easy do you think it will be to awap them over so i can put then on my other 300?

I think if i had a spare 3.500 then ill buy it and take a gamble. to think what you have to spend on getting a car and the bits to how you want it! its about to cost me 2.4k just for my respray.

iv got a fmic so when ready mines going to be a lightly smaller front plate and to mount it im going to loose about an inch of the top of the plate becas of mounting issues officer?

In that case then before i bung out on some tyres ill get her on a ramp and check out the bushes ect. It just dont seem to hold the road as mine does. I can take take my hands off the wheel at 90 if i wished and wondnt worry so much basically i was wondering if it was a tyre issue befor i spent money that i dont want to.

Im just trying to establish weather if someone puts the same size tyres on the front as the rears then thell be issues?

They might be stock on the jspec and this is a jspec car but surly only 225 on jspec and if they keept yhe 16" wheels but someone has put 225 at the front and back and on an 18" alloy. Thats got to be wrong?

I just bought another 300zx whilst my other one gets finished of, My question is at resonable high speed the car seems to grab the road to much and acts a little scetty. ithought when ive looked at these tyres sives i have found the problem. can you confirm? do these tyre sizes sound compleatly wrong? 225.40.18 at rear and 225.40.18.at the frount. On my other 300 the set was 245.40.18 frount and 265.35.18 at rear and that seems to hold the road and be tones more settled. Am i right in saying that the front tyres should be slightly smaller and a higher profile than the back like my other one?

mine two, but i didnt help situation by winding up the boost aswell.

I dont want to work on that it dont interst me and more to the point what an excuse for the misses i was gutted but who do i know how has a cheap reliable car that i should be able to get my money back once my tt is back on the road

How much would you expect to pay for a second car to bomb about in. My daily run around car a little 200series rover the bloody head gasget went today so im thinking im not going to down the route of throwing good money at it,as its an old car and proberly would cost me4. 5 hundred quid to put right. Then i had a great idea? over a year ago itried to puchase a 300zx nontub auto from this bloke i know from work for about a grand. he always wanted 12 hundred. his car has never let him down and always flew through mots every year but he never used it hardly. today i text him saying ill give you 500 golden nuggets for it, thinking he wont even ring me back. but then he rang and said he has done not even 2k in it over the last 5 years and its still got the 6 month ticket and rent on it and i know yourll look after her cas ive being rebuilding my uk tt man with so much care, he then said .go on then. so im now the prode owner of a secound 300. got to worth over 500 with a ticket and since his had it its never missed a beat. yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:cool3::ohmy::ohmy:

and one quick one for the last. I had and still have a 1990 man tt . had it decated and ebc fitted. wound up the ebc on prob tired tubs two weeks down the rd . oil seals gone , since had tubs rebuilt with 360 degree bearings and stragght threw pipes. new pcvs and no more smoke or probes. My advised dont decate unless you know how you you tubs are built.

Thanks guys for your help! I found a set or calipers pads and discs of a R33(gtr) compleate for £500, nugets. just need to get the braided brake lines now and sorted. Thanks.

just want to upgrade my front brakes, never thought it would be a pain and long winded process.
