Look Cos I know you don't really know me, but i've been running my own business for the last 8 years and I'm doing OK. Car has been off the road for over 9 months and during that time i've got that used to manwell again. So that the lag on the auto keeps catching me out and nearly landing me in the edge rows. Then, now the engine has blow up and i'm having a rebuilt lump I thought do the gear box as well, + new springs and shocks, + fitting my new intercoolers, + shiny bits and hard pipes from Smithy and a pair of hybrids and the thing is almost new from front to back. Oh yes I forgot to mention full custom Exhaust care off Leion at Alunox :D Should all be ready to start running in in about 3 weeks :hyper: :dance: :dance: SSSShh don't tell the carving knife.

I can just see the emergency cabinate meeting being called in the next couple of years to find out why 30,000,000 of us are out of work. Well, dow erm, because no one got a licence. Best place to do your bonnett is cool luvres ( or is it loovers?) They charge £5 per luvre and it doesn't mater if its a 3", 4" or 6" luvre. + if you organise it with them they'll do it while you wait. Your bonnet will need painting then though. I'm going to get a second hand bonnet for summer and have it luvred + a pair of sod off Kenlow fans.

Really good buy this because these cars cook so easily and the standard temp senser is sh1te. + if you get a kenlow vairiable thermostat you can kick the second fan in much earlier for those lovely summer traffic jams.

As already said. Getting the rear end out because you want to = :rofl: Loosing the rear end when not expecting it can be pritty scarey, but still good fun once you've cleaned up the mess. Haven't got a clue yet. It could be a number of things, but there was definitely bits of Metal smashing and clattering around in there. The last time I heard a similar noise was in my Patrol and that snapped the cam in for places bounced valves and split the head and the block. The difference was that was under warrenty and mister Nissan paid the bill. All because of a sudden main oil seal failure. you know whats failed on yours? How old is this one, because it doesn't seem that long since you blew the last one.

Just like Z's then :rofl: :slap: There are plenty of Rover V8's lying around and selling for buttons. + you can saw the body off to get in to the engine and when you'vr finished, you just glue it back together :D
