Hey Guy's I drive about Europe loads. In fact not wishing to put my relatives through any anguish. I'll be driving down to Italy in my Poor little Z to see them because they have too much food and wine, but don't want to waist it. This obviously being a good cause (helping these poor over nurished, sun tanned, usually jolly and jovial people. Who's only wrong doing was to have been born in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Steeped in History, Culture full of Bella Senoria's & Senora's  ) Any donations to the Alfredo Totti Grandson Fund Would be welcomed. ;) I can PM people my account I mean The Bank details of the Alfredo Totti Grandson Fund ( which is a worthy and needy charity  ) to anyone who feels they would like to make a donation. How much a mile did you say duffers :D

HID kit ordered from the US
Leigh When you say you cleaned the lights did you take the main Glass lense off or just poke in from the bulb holes. If you did take the lense off was it easy. I've got the HID on mine but would really like to cleam the lights up.

Whe else has this problem?
It all depends on the elevated proximity of the intersecting angle of contact point. Although there is an element of variable along the line of trajectory it is best avoided by the simple used of laser guidence systems. The best of which is the Dernic Ultra Marine Bias Obtrometer. Other wise know as the D.U.M.B.O. Alternatively turn the fooking nozzel up side down. :slap:

Import / UK Debate
Some of these imports sit on the dockside in the salt air for about 10 to 12 months before they are shipped and believe me some are tatty. Some are really nice most are average and the same goes for UK car. Last year I imported a Almost New (2002) celica TDR new shape 230 bhp toyota racing suspension etc. When it arrived the disc's were rusty as anything and I thought the wheel bearings were shot. It turn out that the tyres had miss shaped due to being stood for 10 months. The noise was unreal. Toyota UK were brill and replaced the "Tyres" and Disc's, but believe me import doesn't mean better condition. When I bought my car 4.5 years ago I looked at loads. Well about 16. Most were imports due to the fact that most Z's are and most irrespective of origin were crap. In the end bought mine of a friend who had had it from new and being a UK car insurance was much cheeper.

TT v's NA?
The NA is a nice car. THE TT IS AWESOME and will leave you grinning like a demented fool. :D Then after a month or two just like any junky you start looking to se what you can do to get a bigger fix. Thats how it starts until your £5,000 lump has cost you £25,000, but who cares cos your still smiling. :D :D :D

Leaky Roofs
Sometimes it's the actual front pillar that is out of true slightly. This can happen if the car has had abump or just due to slight body flexing from driving hard with targas off. If that is the case then a good body shop will put it sraight in about 20 minutes. Those Top rubbers that go round the Targa opening and down the front pillar are a scandless price wondered if anyone would organise a group buy. Who'd be up for some.

say hello to mini me
Nice one. I like SWB but the back seats on the 2+2 are arguably of some practical use when you got children. I can, if I have to, picke rm up from school. SWB is without doubt the best.

Woo Hoo! Got Me Lights!
The centre lights are , outer = indicators, centre + LED in top Tail pannel and Spoiler are brakes and at the mo inner are reverse. If you look at the picy next to JD's car you'll see I made some fogs at the bottom which are also reflectors. I'm going to change that bit under the Number plate and fit reverse in there as well and make inners brakes or fogs as well.

Woo Hoo! Got Me Lights!
I hated the clear ones + I wanted to use them as tail lights and they are too bright. So have bulb paint will change. I gave them several coats until I felt the light levels correct for tail lights. Then Two coats of lacquer. When they're lit they look more like red rings than lots of LED bulbs in a ring. I binned the LED bulbs in the inner lenses for colour bulbs which work better. The only LED's I've got are in the top boot pannel and the spoiler which i'm thinking of changing when I fit my Flug wide arch kit for something more like the TDR S22 Celica spoiler. Lights after first coat. P.S When I was happy with colour I fitted e, properly.

Desperately Needed
Chris Ring Chris the mechanic who's working at Grasshopper he might be able to dig some out for you. I've had a lightend flywheel put on so I don't know if that has new bolts with it. If so the bolts from my old flywheel are there.

prices of 300ZXs; what do you think of this guide?
If anyone wanted to buy mine they'd have to part with a lot more wonga than your talking about. Lets be brutally honest. Most of the Zeds I see are either scabby mingers, butchered by some boy racer or customised with the skill and panache of a 3yrs old in its first finger painting lesson. Its just like all the wonderful furniture and houses that were ruined in the seventy's with gaudy colours and windows that didn't match the house, or chopped and painted. So the general price goes down because in general most need a fortune spending on them just to get em into any half decent order. Read How about we start a Z32 uk registry on Private Forums

Porsche Boxster 2.7s
Kamart already do a Factory conversion for them with the square 4 TT I believe. It may be this I've read, but you have to buy it through Porche dealers. I'll try and sorce the artical. The car they tested was a dark green and it was defo at Rockingham and the claimed 420 BHP.

Porsche Boxster 2.7s
I'll have a look at my mags as cannot remember if it was at the begining of this year or anounced for the Italian Motor Show that production would start this spring. Special order and not just off the shelf. I remember they tested it at Rockingham and the reporter was saying just what I thought. Which is, its a cheeper version of the new 911 TT. Still about £65,000 though. P.S He said 2.7 , but I'd still fancy the Z in standard form beating the 3.2 in a staight line even if it didn't blow it away. Not a cat in hells chance of a standard Z beating either on the twistys. Though I hope all my sreering, brakes and suspension upgradeds would give me a fighting chance. Engine mods I've now got should blow most Porches away.
