  1. I put Garrett T28's on my car and they are much bigger than the standard manual Turbo. + they are 5 stud instead of 4. The auto and manual tubs look the same to me when you hold em side by side I couldn't see any difference. + if manuals are more powerful than auto's how come autos always do the best 1/4 mile times?
  2. Now thats cheered me up and I automatically thought of the next T'shirt for Billing. Its a guy stood next to a Z with all his hair ripped out and the caption "Its fast as ****(above the picture) (and bellow) when its going" Or "300ZX ownership is about money! because when you own one it's the onlything that goes faster"
  3. I'm just down today where as yesterday I really could have blown the thing up. However I've got to soldier on and get it sorted. Its just the time scale. If the thing was at my house I'd be able to go through it step by step and sort it.
  4. Oh my god Pete Have you not got them yet. I thought you came to the office for them?
  5. They'll only help me at the moment Leigh if they have a 300ZX literate auto sparks. Or a full Hari Kari set. Do you realise after it came out of the body shop January 2004 it was having all the engine, suspension, Clutch and gearbox mods done so I could have it run in for billing 2004. I was promised! Here we are and I doubt it'll be ready for billing 2006.
  6. Put new series II on and subsequently discoverd that both the second hand series 1 I bought and my original PTU are fine.
  7. Does anyone know a good auto electrician in the Warrington area or even further afield who can help me for fook sake. I'm supposed to be going to King of Europe in this car. :headvswal
  8. He wasn't in.
  9. Hi Vini I have a C70 T5 and I can go and play in my missus TRD Toyota, but the point is I've spent nye on 25K on this car and its just a slowly decaying useless ornament, because so called garages that supposedly know what their doing either don't or couldn't give a fook. I've never had this with anyothe car or motor bike I've had and I'm just so pi55es off with it. Sorry mate but I still don't feel better. What I need is a serious blast in a powerful handful of mota and I carn't because its knacked. AAAAAAAAARRRRRR BARSTOOL :headvswal :headvswal Nope still peed off.
  10. Its now official tha my motor has only done 342 miles in the last 2 years. The rest of the time its been at garages and bodyshops having thousands of pounds of work done to it and as a result it now has no working speed or reverse lights.(Off course they'll sort em) (another 6 months in ther garages) Not that that matters a great deal at the moment because the f**king thing just no longer works. I have to travel a zillion miles to any garage that works on them and every garage that do any work does the job their paid for and create 60,000,000 more jobs that didn't need doing before. I feel that because I run my own business and I'm so far away that people don't give a toss and I carn't get on top of the jobs or them. I'm at the stage of taking a petrol can and matches to it. I love the car but I'm affraid that the shit service you get from garages when they see the Z means that this is the last Z for me. I just need a good auto electrician who can fix the *******. Then maybe I'll keep her. Or shop her in for a Supra, or a nice Lotus Esprite and that way I'll stop spending good money on this pile of crap and soon have enough for a Noble.
  11. But if you want a series 1 for £50 I got two I know for def are OK.

    Mmmmm loverly :hurl: :slap: :hurl:
  13. I've had exactly the same thoughts in the past and never got a real answer. I also thought about moving the battery to the boot and perhaps having an expantion chamber for the rad in the vacated space left by the battery.
  14. Paul the injectors are still working. Just no spark. Does that mean the CAS is ok or not. It wouldn't suprise me if it just decided to say night all because I'm sure this car is just out to spite me regardless how much I throw at it.
  15. On the verge of Hari Kari at the moment. New wirring loom, Clifford and all its bits removed, new series II PTU, new HKS S40i irridiume plugs and all coil packs tested 2 replaced. Car started first time. Put interior back in and no spark. Checked all conections and wirring, but no clue why I've no spark. I'm wellpissed of as I'm supposed to be going to kings of Europe in 3 week and cars not running, run in, no exhaust system fitted as carn't get to Leons so he can finish it. No speedo (carn't get to Grasshopper so they can finish that) HELP!!!! S.O.S ffs
  16. Mark I just remembered, that was without tyres. I had to get em off (ooower) and refit and balance at my own expense so I suppose it cost me about £55 per wheel. £60 these days.
  17. I thought it was fantastic. At half time I was going to go to bed as I thought it was all over. Then it turned into one of the most entertaining finals I've seen. I'm not a Liverpool fan, but I'm delighted for all the Liverpool fans who have stuck fast through thick and thin. also its a british team thats won. What really suprizes me though Reading these two Threads is how all of a sudden Chelsea have as many fans as Man U and Arsenal. WTF did that happen???
  18. Leigh I think the smoothed over area where the fogs should be is the dogs bollairicks, but i'd change the leading edge of the indicator more inkeeping with the leading edge of the IC scoop. Or just open the IC scoop up so it follows the upper edge of the main rad scoop. Then have your indicators under the top lip with a black affect glass so as to conceal them.

This is a master piece of engineering. Its based on a Lambogini. It has four wheel drive, masses of torque and over 700bhp. When you look at the two side by side you cna see the cunning skill that has been applied durring those long winter nights. + The sheep have been very greatful for this time consuming divertion.
  20. Mark I used Pristine wheels in Milton Keyens. They collected and returned in 4 days. The wheels where done in Subaru Gold, they where shiny as fook, that was 4 years ago and they where used all year round for 3 years. They are in my Garage and still like new. They charged £45 per wheel, which included any welding or repare, (one wheel was badly scuffed thanks to her in doors). I'm told they charge £50 now, but that is collected and returned.
  21. Just tell them in writing that you have never recieved the first letter and that you'd like a copy of the Photo and Video evidence. This does 2 things. First it buy you time Second it shows that if you request video evidence then you can use it to prove that their device is inaccurate unless its a fixed camera with road markings. All the rest are inaccurate and video evidence shows it to be so.
  22. They do a controler for the valve timing to bring the power band down to sub 6.5K revs. There is a turbo kit for them or is it a supercharger kit. might even be both. Now where did I put my pipe and slippers am sure they where round here. Hang on, Am I on the way to the toilet or have I just been.  :D
  23. I thought it was Chunk :mac1:   Sorry it says fittest.
  24.
