sorry to sound thick but this is my first turbo so here goes. whats a boost jet? how much are they and how do you fit them,and where do you buy them told you iam thick ive seen some on e-bay so got a idea what it looks like but i dont know nothing about them can you help me?

hi guys iam looking to start a mini meet or big meet up at the humber bridge at hull, some time soon as iam new on here ive notice there is lack of meets near me in lincolnshire so after talking to 2 other guys on here we will try and sort a meet out. i will post a date soon to be confermed should be 1st meet some time this month on a sat or sun. how many others are close to this meet and would like to come?? you can e-mail me at maxsunny@tiscali.co.uk i will be helping this area with some more meets next year anyone got any ideas for meets around this area? the humber bridge has got a large car park which is a idea place to start our first meet. if you know of any better let me know,

hi john good to see you on here. get one mate you must get a turbo so much fun. i was after a skyline but looking for vaule for money found the 300zx better. i got a auto jap 300zx after selling the sunny lol!!! and love it to bits the power is mad. parts for the cars are fairly cheap and tuning parts are easy to get. had mine on the rollers and pushed out 332 bhp and thats not many mods. also this site is the best place to get advice and info on the zed. thats why ive joined.

thats very cheap with that much spec. when i was looking for my zed they were £6k-£7k for zeds with that spec.

go for it mate looks nice but whats the reserve on it ? its from a jap import center in yorkshire ??they seem to be very good as i have looked at some of there cars and all in good condition and good back up from them.

iam not bothered about shows as iam used to that as iam a rep for the maxd car club and my old car ive just sold was at every major show and i was of to london on the maxpower stand for max live but sold it, now the new projet 300zx is on the go.

to far for a regualer meeting for me to sort out as its about 1 hour from me or 40mins in the zed

hi aim very new to turbo cars and the 300zx iam looking to modify the engine a little just need advice whats best way to start? iam not after mad power just simple as iam more into styling more. ive got a full ss exhaust fitted+,filter, turbo timer on its way, i want some bovs, whats best to get next ????

GOT TO SAY YOU HAVE MY LIST THERE. WOULD LOVE A YELLOW ZED AND UK BUT SO HARD AND I GOT MINE SO CHEEP I COULD NOT SAY NO, THE WHEELS ON MY CAR ARE NEARLY WORTH MORE THAN MY ZED.

COUNT ME IN BUT NOT RACING AS ITS MY MATES TRACK AND IVE BEEN ROUND IT LOTS. THE TRACK IS GOOD AND LOTS OF RUN OFF JUST IN CASE YOU GO TO HARD ROUND THE BENDS. I ONLY LIVE 10MINS FROM HERE CANT WAIT TO SEE LOTS OF ZEDS DOWN

i would set one up but ive never seen a zed around my area ??? iam also a club rep for the maxd car club and we have meetings every month any zed owners are welcome to the meetings as you dont have to be a paid member for a lot of the shows we do through the year. i would never poach other members to join as thats not right as in my veiw you can join as many clubs as you want its upto yourself what you do, as our club boss is a rep for vauxhaul you get other benifits from each club. if you know of any members let me know i think there is a non member on the site who is in hull only 20miles from me.

were is the closest meeting to me?? iam from n.e. lincolnshire grimsby. were is the nearest to me would love to pop down but if there all 100+ miles from me i cant. as ive just joined would like to know were you guys meet and some shows you do.

i can see that going down a storm in the pubs lol. what ever next

hi as a new member of this club ive got a car show lined up for next year 6/7 june grimsby maxd car and performance show. we have been running this show for 3 years now and is getting very big, the whole show is based on rasing money for charity. called wish upon a star to send dieing kids on a hoiday of a life time we rasie about £3,000 a show. all types of cars are welcome and stalls there is camping and toilts with showers on site. you can see links to some of our shows on http://www.maxdcarclub.co.uk clee show. price is £5 for 2 days thats car and pasanger, bbq at night. if any members would like to go let me know. we do alsorts of car shows throught the year if you would like to come along to anyone intressed in going on top gear soon tv. we are in talks at the moment seting a date up for this. also men and motors
