anyone - inspection is tomorrow :( Getting worried now on what will happen if they cant find chassis number or engine number.

Looking on the online manual I can see where the engine number is stamped. Drivers side I believe at the rear. Unfortunately I dont think you can see this without removing the engine? :( Also the VIN plate was damaged /removed from my car. Is there another vin plate or chassis number stamped anywhere on the car. Same goes for engine - My V5 Reg book has a chassis number but I get a feeling DVLA inspection are gonna wanna see the chassis number somewhere on the car. I think they want the engine number too Thanks

FFS :rant: Bought an Irish plate for me zed, paid all me money etc and played the DVLA Waiting game. Just had a letter through now saying before they issue it a DVLA officer has to come round and INSPECT the vehicle!! Anyone else had this and WHY!!! :(

Put half a tank if optimax in - came home fairly quickly - and noticed bad petrol smell. then looked near cap and all down side of car running back is petrol streaks. When cap is locked shut you can pull it out a few mm. Should there be a rubber seal or something round the inside of the cap? Im not sure if it spews out when im booting it in a straight line or when it goes round corners too fast. Really need to get it sorted. Thanks

Ive been told by some to watch out for the pre-made covers. Reason - foam wears and compresses so seat covers are loose. I havent seen it - just had some PMs because its exactly what Im looking into at moment. Started to do retrim myself but am in the process of getting some quotes in mate.

Agreed - however it also becomes impassable with a slow moving lorry in front of you :( Some of the corners can catch you out thou - nearly crashed me bike there loads of times :)
