  1. Another thing worth running that IVe never seen anyone use is Mcafee Stinger. Use it all the time at work Its just an .EXE you run and it clears LOADS up - no spyware or owt like that. Doesnt install, so no bogging down the system and works alongside every virus scanner you have. link here http://us.mcafee.com/virusInfo/default.asp?path=/virusInfo/virusRemoval/Stinger.asp
  2. well all shocks are pretty new - it done it minute he had it lowered. Im hoping you can adjust the spax - if so Ill have a look over weekend - failing that I'll see about cutting out wide arch VERY carefully.
  3. mines same - if im doin 40 on a bumpy road it doesnt bottom out. Anything like 60mph+ and it bangs like a good un!!! Tyres dont seem to be affected (yet). Just worried about damaging arches - I was gonna see about cutting them back a little bit.
  4. on my rear passenger side :( every time i hit a bump in the road - noise goes through me - twice as bad if theres a passenger in. Its got the strosek wide arch kit with 265/40/18 on spacers to fill it out. Drivers side is fine, but Martin said prob has always been there. Its also running spax (i think) shocks all round. Do I need to adjust the passenger side shock do you think or do I need to get arch rolled (if that can be done to these?) Cheers
  5. Id too be interested in some spark plubs ;)
  6. Mate, I was selling a red bonnet, doors and wings They're your free of charge if you want em bud - all in very good condition. Feel right bad for ya mate! PM me if you want em.
  7. Cheers bud, may look into getting it chipped up then if its a injection engine.
  8. not a turbo diesel Petrol. Cant remember if its carb or injection. If its an Injection I presume you can chip em?
  9. seriously though - do those Celox things work?
  10. I oughta ask one of the chavs at Halfrauds for that - watch them spend 10 mins shouting across shop floor asking if they sell it!! :D
  11. How does it work? It will modify any standard ECU by telling the ECU that the incoming air in the intake system is cold and so advances the ignition to compensate producing more power. In many cases fuel economy is increased too. Power is increased by up to 15BHP and torque is increased significantly. Just found that - how good do you reckon these things are.
  12. Wifey wants her Vitara a little quicker. Been looking at an engine swap (Ctitroen 1.7TD - apparantly lots of the Vitara boys fit these) but dont have the money. On ebay there's one of them Celox resistor pack things that I presume fit in with the AFM to reduce voltage or something? Anyone explain what they do and if so any good? 14. fooks sake - very nice but £25K for an MR2!!!!!!!
  15. surely its gotta be more than a resistor? if you google up celox performance a lot of the car groups have fitted these and some rate em pretty well. and NO I have no affiliations with Celox :D
  16. my car is really pissin me off :( every now and then it starts running on 5 cylinders and sounds real lumpy (bit like a V8 if you get my drift). Power is down etc so I pull over and on tickover you can hear its not right. Ive tried tapping the coil packs - moving leads, tapping connectors to temp senders, ptu aetc all whilst running. about 2 mins later it'll just clear up for no reason, Ill be hobbling along then like that its back to normal Where should I be looking?
  17. Looks good Andy ;) How did you light up the 'z' - leds?
