:rolleyes: Nothing wrong with PCchips MOBO's provided you know what your doing and install them correctly. What PSU (Power supply unit) you got fitted? As stated you might have XP set to disable USB to save power and if your PSU is not up to the job could have a problem there. If this was going on before the MOBO upgrade i would be looking at things other then MOBO. PSU or XP power save is my bet. :duffer:

Exaclty, I only ever get shity odds, but when your working from a £10,000 10 point bank, I make £400 - £800 a horse. At the mo I'm looking at 45 - 50 points a year proffit :nana2:

Was on my way into work today and saw a Silver J plate Zed broken down just before the A12 turn off with the bonnet up. So, pulled over to see if I can lend a hand (I mean take a wild guess ats whats wrong and be no where near right). Walked over and the Zed was abandoned :shock: Looked like it wasn't locked or anything and just left there? Now the big question. WAS THIS YOUR ZED!!!! J300 ***?????

Low RON fuel if your pushing the car hard will cause it to DET. The DET sensore will hear this and put the car into safety boost.

Its an indervidual thing mate. If the Zed doesn't push your buttons then maybe you should go back to the car you enjoyed more? Not telling you to piss off by any means! If thats how it sounds. Just mean that as much as we all think the Zed is the dogs nuts that wont be the case for everyone. Give it a few sunny day summer drives and maybe you'll be hooked. :cool:

Yeah the poor sods had one thing after another with his car, we have the people and the knowledge to be able to do something about it and help one of our guys out, lets do it. I know my way about a Zed a bit but not that well. I can however bring a few cases of beer and hand them out while stumbling about and keeping people entertained. While at the same time guessing about whats wrong with the car. But really if we can sort something out to help the guy out, count me in.
