Chip with no boost jets..

Hi,

 

I'm going to take out my boost jets until I get some new up rated turbos as one of my tubs is smoking a little under full boost. Is it ok to run the car with the JWT chip still in with standard boost? Or go back to standard chip? I have an induction kit still on the car.
