If you look at the 6 pin large Grey plug mounted behind the drivers side headlamp, its one of four plugs for the gearbox loom. There should be two purple wires, short these across and that should by pass the inhibitor switch. As for reverse lights, you have to tap into the old autobox plugs, cant tell you which ones yet, I havnt done mine yet!!
