  1. hmm looking at the photos it doesnt look like it - perhaps with narrower tyres.
  2. im not sure as they didnt do the colour change - i would imagine they would if you wanted them to
  3. here are some pics that you wanted mate - theyre 19/275 at the rear. the Eibachs should drop the rear 20mm. hope theyre useful. :)
  4. happy birthday mate - cracking weather for you! :duffer:
  5. indeed, and Andy has done a quality job with them - blended in from front to back, and de-suaged the doorline. i'll start off a proper thread when i get the motor back and out in the sun
  6. nothing like a nice skirt for the lady's 20th :D although these ones look better on than off! they are Veilside C2.
  7. seriously, HOW cool is that sport!??! should be the next F1 (or C1 ;) )
  8. Amington Accident Repair Centre in Tamworth - right over the road from Zedworld. they really did a first-rate job
  9. thanks buddy - im gradually getting to the end of the road of where i want it to be. [still years and thousands of £s but hey!) probably make July's A.F. meet - will be good to see you again mate - and your little'un will be 3x the size now :) i hope it does ;) the offside 19" won't fit cos thats where the suspension is sagging. 20mm down from stock is fine with me tho!
  10. Being its 20th birthday I thought I'd treat it to 'a few' things: Powertrix front and rear upper arms, and front tension rod KYB AGX schocks and Eibach springs all round Wilwood front brake conversion with 330mm discs Oh, and a brand new bodykit  dont pay any attention to the 18s up front - the matching 19s will be going on once Jeff has fitted the new suspension to replace the [fooked] stock suspension. ...bit better than a cake and a pair of socks, i just hope she appreciates it!!!
  11. i can vouch for this motor (well, the shell...)- not seen it in the detail that Pete has but what i did see (which was most of it!) was absolutely mint!
  12. ultimate velocity is here in leicester. i took my cav gsi to them once to get a quote for a colour change and an evo 6 bonnet vent  :nana2: :slap: my mate had his Cav 1.8 dropped onto some spax. decent blokes there, but perhaps their imagination went a little wild with that motor!
  13. welcome to the club mate! IIRC jap Zs do have auto oil coolers but theyre smaller than UK spec.
  14.  cheap amateur stuff is better because its more realistic. sorry did i say that out loud?
  15. they do subarus mainly now. nah he (they) didnt work on it, i just wanted some work done - then some chap called Chunk recommended some chap called Jeff and the rest, as they say, is history ;) they did work on my 160bhp Cav Gsi2000 though  booyakasha!
  16. love the different styles - the triangle, the runway
  17. yeah dont worry mate - even a chap at Graham Goode motorsport didnt know where the air filter was when I first got my Z :D
  18. as i suspected - thanks for the input Dave. its just that the stock discs look a little lost behind my 19" rims!! i wonder if its worth going for slightly larger discs
  19. thats really $hit mate :( society could well do without people like that. i hope you get it sorted out one way or another
  20. welcome to the club mate - take your time and choose the right one :)
  21. HICAS arms could be fooked. years ago (!) when my hicas arms were shafted, the rear of the car would hop all over the place when i went over bumps. do you get that problem?
  22. glad you packed your job in atlast (:D i'm here all night ladies and gentlemen!)
  23. glad its sorted mate! thanks for the update too ;)
  24. i could be wrong but ive never heard of a single BOV on a twin-turbo'd engine. may as well do the job properly and wait until you've got the pair.
  25. those pics with the t*ts in (and that bird as well)??!
