  1. i didnt get into flashforward - nice idea but they showed their hand too early, i.e. after the first couple of episodes you knew what was happening, whereas it took Lost about 5 bloody series to start to get down to it!
  2.  got control back right at the end - would have been a write-off otherwise!
  3. cheers dude - wouldn't want to know what you were going to use to stick it all together though :hurl: :hurl:
  4. hmm interesting idea! it would be straightforward to trim the cards (says the guy who gave up doing his own 10 minutes ago). the seats might be trickier - pre-fabbed seat kits come with special tubes along the inside where you can slide wires down which then attach to the seat frame to give it a nice tight look - you'd have to make these yourself if you were to use that sofa. IMO shop around for the right kit - you should be able to pick up seat and card trim kits for £370ish
  5. I've just Googled and there's a place literally one minute's drive from me that does car interiors. I've got a couple of days off this week so I'll pop up there and see what they have to say. Cheers Vodka - I'll see what these guys say - I was down your way yesterday at Sywell Aerodrome. ... oh and buy my twin intake you slaaaag
  6. ...I've done all the easiest pieces (glovebox, panels around centre console and lid), just got doors, forward panels and rear panels to do. I've struggled enough with the smaller pieces, mainly trying to get the :censored:ing corners right and Ive just taken a look at the next piece Ive got to do and thought sod it there's no way I'm gonna get that right :hammer: I just don't have the eye or the patience to do this sort of thing. who do you reckon I could take the remaining plastic panels and material to and just tell them to stick it all together right - something like a small craft shop? PS. finally got my handbrake gaitor done though - the old warn piece of sht is in the bin and its got a sexy new one
  7. Mac1 I think out of shot on the left, Tizer's that was sold on, the Z GTR, not sure about yellow one.
  8. nice and shiney - looking good mate
  9. recognise from 4 years ago...
  10. mine was originally an auto - i enjoyed straight line runs - just planting your foot and hanging onto the steering wheel, but since Ive had it converted I'd never ever go back. ...the only good thing about auto Zs is that they are cheaper to buy than manuals!
  11. My mate saw a white one in the driveway opposite Spinksy a couple of weeks ago - any ideas Ive?
  12. ...yep..... you'll probably find them fairly helpful and fairly knowledgeable.... ....replace the word fairly with the words very and very!
  13. hmm i like the current wheels, mainly cos thats what ive got on as well :D there's not much in it to be honest, but i prefer the cleaner look of the current ones
  14. ive had an 08 plate Civic since new and i've been very happy with it. it's note even a Type R or Type S
  15. as above, the only thing I dont like is the headlight panel but other than that its an awesome motor!!
  16. its from when he was a male strippogram - people used to pay him thousands to keep his kit on!
  17. "the c**t with his arse out!"  straight away you could see him lose concentration
  18. I've got AMS manifolds, fog light ducts and an interior trim kit.
  19. sounds like those turbos were about to suck in the whole garage
  20.  whatever
  21. nah he was just pretending not to ;) and yes Christine is gorgeous
  22. im glad you told me that - I'll probably enjoy it more now my expectations have been lowered - will be reviewing it in a couple of hours :D
