lol engine sounds aside its an awesome-looking car, rapidly fast and hats off to the technology used to make it go!

theyre still within a reasonable price range on fleabay as long as you can find a good seller. i paid £395 6 months ago today in fact for a 60gb, 3 games, 3 blu-rays, extra controller and remote control. theyre still around that sort of price at the moment if youre quick.

today, about midday

40gb - the one thats now being placed as the main ps3 cannot play PS2 games. not sure whether it can play ps1 or not. ive not heard of any upgrade to allow it to do so (play ps2) but if there is thats great. the 60gb one (the one i have) can play both ps1 and ps2. the firmware of the ps3 is being upgraded about once a month or so - you can download them from the net either straight from your ps3 or through your PC onto a usb memory stick, but most latest games and the latest magazines will have the latest upgrade on the Blu-ray disc. the 60gbs aren't being made any more so if you really want one then get one asap as theyll just get rarer and the price will just go up. the 40gb is still a fine machine and is reasonably-ish priced. hope this helps, lol

the thing is - all this does is divide the country up. where I used to work was incredibly diverse, and all celebrations were respected - we had Divali lights up which were cool, Eid Mubarak was celebrated and any muslims there would share their food round to everyone, Chinese New Year, even Christmas, you name it, and this really pulled everyone together and not one person complained. saying "you cant do this because they might not like it" and "youve got to do that because they're different" is RACIST and a step BACKWARDS. could the whole country sue the government for racism... hmm....

ive not read the whole thread lol, but id have a manual any day. my Z was originally an auto but had a manual conversion and would never go back :D

yeah its Mickey thats done/doing the work on the Z. been very hard to get hold of him over the last few months - i think he's moving house and one thing or another. in the end i gave up and went to try someone else but he came round to look at the water leak and will hopefully be replacing the hoses/pipes over the next week

thanks for the responses guys - he contacted me in the end and took a look at it. turns out its the rubber hoses at the front of the engine so hopefully thats good news.

apparently the head GT guy has announed there IS damage in the final version, according to Official PS Magazine (as opposed to all the dreamer sites out there :rolleyes: ) and there'll be loads more detail - the brake lights work in GT4 (and IIRC the discs glowed too) so id have thought they will in GT5 - and the GFX in the wing mirrors is shite in Prologue compared to GT5 propor.
