happy birthday mate, blimey youve not posted in ages!!- Im off!
have a great hols mate- anyone know anything about employment law
welcome to the world of management mate! :( or rather, i waved goodbye to that 2 years ago when i changed career. my contract was 45 hours and 'sometimes you may be required to work extra when the job demands it' - read this as 55-65 hours extra, 3 saturdays a month, 2 sundays a month, the odd 6.30am start here, the odd 11.30pm finish there, the occasional night shift. in the end i walked away from it and never looked back- newbie question re the 2ndary radiator
here's a good one for a wednesday evening regarding the smaller secondary radiator situated in front of the main one: what is it for? is it connected to the main radiator somehow? why upgrade to a fancy koyo or border rad when its hiding behind the piece of crap radiator in front of it? can you upgrade or remove the secondary radiator? :smw:- supercharged 8-litre astra
...without the supercharger and a 1.6 litre engine instead! watch this space for more pics when i get them emailed to me ;)- Boys only
bugger, the link's gone!!!!- fitting front bumper
weren't you going for a wings west mate?- Classic car insurance
http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=112165- Which boost controller
tbh if youre not sure what boost youre running and what chip is installed then i'd be inclined to keep a light right foot until youre sure- whats your opinion of these alloys?
hey dont diss it, it won best photo over on 300zx-club ;) though i have to say I'd ordered a Bomex bumper from some joker on fleabay who sent me this one and then fooked off. it was blended cos it didnt fit properly. i think the blending itself looks great but unfortunately is the reason why ive got a pair of yellow wings in the spare room waiting to be sanded down. i love the colour too and shall definately be keeping it. unfortunately the bodyshop who did the work have gone AWOL so i need to find one who i can trust to match the colour (is actually an off-the-shelf colour so shouldnt be too difficult) and repeat the great work. i have two or three in mind, but i want to get my interior fitted first. bloody Zs nothing but money :mac1:- whats your opinion of these alloys?
WW front, veilside sideskirts, different headlight panel, Z centre type 2 bonnet vent. gunmetal meshing.- whats your opinion of these alloys?
never fancied any of those tbh, most of them are too flashy for what im looking for. i want something plain and solid - like the Volks/Nismos from the other thread. ideally i'll wait for my bodykit to go on, then change the wheels at the same time for a completely new look. @znut - well my post count's not going to go up by itself ;)- whats your opinion of these alloys?
oh, that :D- whats your opinion of these alloys?
sorry Brian I didnt quite hear that? ;)- whats your opinion of these alloys?
   now you say that Si I can see what you mean. theyre quite cheaply priced and no doubt theres a reason for that.- Now its a total animal.
nice one mate, i bet youre exhibiting the 'z smile' all over again- whats your opinion of these alloys?
worship my photoshop skillzzzz- whats your opinion of these alloys?
i first noticed these in halfrauds and snorted as i walked past them thinking how rediculous and boy-racery they were. then i turned around and looked at them for a while. now in my search for a new set of alloys they have cropped up again. and i keep looking at them, and trying to picture them fitted to a blue Z with smoked side repeaters. do i need a :slap: and a pair of glasses?- anyone ordered from POTN.CO.UK before?
yeah ive got an ebay search setup which is supposed to email me when certain wheels come up for sale. there's some corking Nismo and Volk wheels up there at the moment but theyre going for £1500-£2000 :hurl: plus most of them are 19"- Boost, dont we love it!
as said above, remove jets before installing EBC, then run 14.5psi (1 bar) tops on your setup. sadly the next hurdle to running bigger power costs ££££££s in terms of forged pistons, radiator, intercoolers, injectors and turbos :(- anyone ordered from POTN.CO.UK before?
yeah i might have gone to see them if their wheels were wide enough but in the end i'll have to choose a similar style - Paul Newman R.I.P
R.i.p. :(- HKS EVC 4 plus other old-skool boost controllers.
i had the Blitz DSBC-R Si before the E-01. i had it strapped below and to the left of the steering wheel. cant remember if it would fit in place of the digital clock though. the unit itself seemed to go a good enough job - it would beep when at boost reached a set level. didnt measure in psi though :( - Beware
