Complete and utter load of Shit, he is just trying to do you out of a ton of money to sell you a "new ECU", Just get your old ECU remapped for the mods you have applied.

Your turbos cant handle 1.2Bar, your stock injectors cant handle that much either! To do this safely you will need new turbos, injectors and a remap (John Dixon, DTA, etc etc).
