Hello mate, its because all of the oil has gone into the sump because it hasn't been driven in a while, take it on a long drive and it will be fine! Mine does it all the time, i think the term is stickey lifters, it will be fine mate :)

I wouldn't use a 1Ton jack to be honest, i only use a two ton jack with mine, my friends 1 ton jack didn't even like lifting my S13 up!
