  1. What about surface like a stone carpet, has more grip comes in lots of different colours and you could even incorporate a Z logo, discretely of course. Its the slip factor of tiles that concern me, and grouting gets grubby.
  2. Ha Ha, did you not know Mark thats because Graham is so nice and helpful they have cloned him, wait till you see 5 Gaz's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Looking forward to catching up Mark its been a couple of years now.

we made it alright, drove up to the gate, asked was there any vintage cars in there, chap says yes, I tell him we are them as well, " Future Collectables, Supercars" blagged us in, sister says "2 lovely Fair Ladies in their Fairladys" shes a bit embaressing, so we drive in onto the Tullow Vintage car Club stand for free, and we get a Medalion. As we are driving in slowly through the crowds, i am kinda stopped, and the passenger door opens and a fella hops in beside me, asks can he drive with me, I say sure so he drives to the stand with me, wants to polish my car, tells me im a grand looking woman with a right powerful car, after about 15 mins of him following me around the field I had to gently tell him we were going shopping for girl stuff on our own. Only in Carlow. No photos taken sorry, what you guys will learn over time about me is, I am a bit random, a bit impulsive, a little mad and seem to attract weirdos, but completely normal as well. I reckon Richie you just got scared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps took her up to 160km on the way down had to ease off as she would have just kept going. pps. bought something there to take to JAE

  11. Cannot understand how people can lie through their teeth, very frustrating, and you havent even factored in a full day of your time
  12. Ok story over , no Z, I had no contact since last Thurs., I arrived at his yard this afternoon, not where I looked at the car mind, the shock on his face, we spoke about integrity, doing a deal, shaking hands, giving a deposit, etc., and my suprise at how things turned out especially as him being a Uniformed member of our society. In his defence he was very shamed faced and immediately took money from his pocket to give me back my deposit he even wanted to give me an extra €50 for my inconvenience, I didn't take it. He said he had changed his mind and was keeping the car, found that strange, as he had owned it a year and never taxed it, had it for sale a few monthsnago and no offers. Said he lost my number I told him I still found something off about everything. I had paid for a report on the car, Cartell.ie, I asked him when he was going to tell me it was a category D insurance write off,,,,,,, had 8 previous owners, was off the road for 4 years, none of this worried me as I would have been getting it checked over. Thing is I had my heart set on it, and still want it.
  13. not worried really, in the conversation I had with him, when I met him and had the test drive, I remembered a couple of of things he let slip, google and I found his place of work inc. staff picture, I think he got offered more money and is trying to pull out of the deal. I shall keep you updated
  14. man + car+ deposit = gone missing!!!! dont ask fooking long story
  15. thanks, I will show her, however the body kit would not be to my taste
  16. of what "Jap Scrap" as my friends call them, this one will suprise you....I am feeling quite excited though, but sitting here trying to justify it, other women buy lots of handbags....... I work very hard.......... I have a lot of grandchildren....... its cheap for an ex supercar... etc etc.
  17. I put a deposit on another Z tonight, must be mad, but I think they will appreciate in value, a little over the years to come, can be my pension.. watch this space in the next few days,
  18. Thanks for asking Richie, right mess, TNT sent it back to Derby, it was taken in by an elderly neighbour of the cousins, but they are here on holiday in Cork until next Sunday. so I told mark the seller, they can collect it and re-direct it to Dublin. I am not stressing, its not the sellers fault, should I look for discount for the extra mileage on it.???
  19. yes I thought of that as well but no contact details, having seen the 2 she prefers the 2+2, btw congratulations on your COTM win
  20. Ok my other sister now wants to buy a Z, in the last week, we have looked at 2, and inquired about another one by lengthy txts, all from Donedeal and as follows 1.No NCT lots of txts going well all seemed fine until the night before we were going to look at it, it developed a brake line leak, a fuel leak, a broken exhaust and a couple of other thing, all caused I think by a guilty conscience, however it saved us a trip. NA auto jap spec. asking €3,200 2. No NCT, 3 wheels, tt manual, no TB done, no spoiler just holes, bonnet not closing, damaged wheel arch, lots of dents, manky interior, rusty engine, in fairness the engine sounded good and no smoke. Jap spec. asking €1,750 3. No NCT, spoiler in bits, every wheel arch rotten including inner, temp and boost gauge not working, interior filthy. tt auto, UK spec, horrible bmw wheels, no TB done, and best of all he tried to impress us by saying its taxed as a 1ltr micra, as the tax book says Nissan 0ther. asking €3,450 Her other option is to put up a wanted ad, and try bring one back from JAE PS the good news is based on these Dutchgold has a 20k car and me and LiZony have 10k cars
  21. Fook, wont be getting it tomorrow, when it didnt arrive in Derby today, Mark tracked it, looks like TNT messed up, it was last seen in Glasgow, seems somebody put another address stikcer over the correct one. Seeing as its their mistake he is trying to get them to deliver it to Dublin for no extra charge.
  22. thats some nice cars Gary, my son has an r32GTR, and there is a Supra mk 11, thats all I know as yet,
  23. fantastic news, I oftened wondered about Vinz and his car, I had some very interesting chats with him, his views on women and marriage were most interesting, as were his "sexploits" stories, I can just see him sitting on a chair beside his car holding court, i am actually laughing to myself
  24. about 6 weeks to go now, looking forward to it, there are a group of Irish lads going, including one of my sons, 2 of my son-in-laws, who when they heard I was going were not too impressed, boys on tour and all that, I will be staying well away from them having my own fun
